Experience the ultimate comfort and convenience in our luxury apartment in downtown
Jerusalem! You will be amazed by the stunning design and amenities of this place, where you
can enjoy the best of the city. Here are some of the things you can expect to find in the
apartment:
Living room: This is the perfect place to relax and entertain, with a spacious and elegant sofa
that opens into a sofa bed for two and a smart TV. The living room opens up to a balcony that
offers a breathtaking view of the city. The living room is decorated with sophisticated furniture, a
rug, and artworks that create a classy atmosphere.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a dream, with high-end appliances, a central island, an induction
stovetop, full size fridge and oven, and more. You will find everything you need to cook your
favorite dishes, from pots and pans to spices and herbs. The island seats four people
comfortably. The kitchen is sleek and modern, with marble countertops and a black and white
aesthetic.
Bathroom: The bathroom is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. With its full
size bathtub and a heated towel rack. The bathroom has plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries, as
well as a blowdryer, for your pampering.
Bedroom: The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with a queen-size bed, huge closet, smart TV,
and nightstands. The bedroom has premium bedding, pillows, and blankets that will make you
sleep like a baby. The bedroom is painted in soothing colors that create a serene atmosphere.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment and all of its amenities are available to you, including a private parking
spot. The building has an incredible garden that is located on the 10th floor and overlooks the
city that you are welcome to use.
The Neighborhood:
The building is located in a prime location in Jerusalem - Raul Wallenberg 3.
The surrounding area is a mix of residential and commercial spaces, with plenty of amenities and attractions
nearby.
The street is quite and peaceful, providing a serene environment for residents.
One of the highlights of the property is its proximity to many historical and cultural landmarks,
such as: the Old City of Jerusalem, Hakotel (the Wailing Wall), Machne Yehuda market, City of
David, Mamilla, and many more.
The area is also home to many markets, shops, and
restaurants, well as pubs and bars, providing a vibrant atmosphere for tourists and locals alike.
Getting Around:
All transportations and famous sites to visit at few minutes walk. Tramway / bus / local sherut down the building
