This vacation villa has one of the best locations and views available, which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the brand new ROAM neighborhood. Walk just down the street to enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, concerts and events at Rendezvous Event Center at Hideaway Park, and trail systems for hiking and biking. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym (pictured and off site) are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

We had a great time in Winter park and really enjoyed our stay at Row Luxury Roof Top Loft. The private hot tub, firepit, and amenities throughout the home really made our stay a memorable one. The home was clean, the check-in and check-out process was easy. The home location is a few minutes drive from the Winter Park Ski resort with many restaurants in walking distance. Thanks for a great time!

A beautiful place in an excellent location. Layout is excellent (if you’re ok going up/down stairs); very tastefully and sensibly decorated; kitchen is highly functional and extremely well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils. A couple of relatively minor complaints: the ventless dryer doesn’t work very well (it’s new; just lousy technology) and the hot tub water was in need of a shock treatment (or drain/fill). Communication with property manager was pretty good—after suffering through one of those annoying “phone trees.”

Luxury Roof Top
We enjoyed our stay at this location. I mean location which is so close to restaurants (smell the cooking), bus service, shops, grocery store and of course Winter Park Ski Resort. The amenities are top notch. Wish the kitchen/Living Room had a half bathroom, but the design doesn't allow it. You have to go downstairs or upstairs to bedrooms. Kitchen is awesome for gatherings and the rooftop is excellent with hot tub, grill and firepit. At night in hot tub you can see Winter Park night snowcats grooming the slopes.
