Free high-speed internet is available all throughout the area, paired with a minimalist center table that complements the area, not to mention an accent chair on the other side for your total comfort. The glass windows, where the sunlight is free to bounce off every wall, make this apartment brilliant and more fresh.

Everything is hand-picked, from furniture pieces to the light color palette, materials, and accessories. This 1BR is well planned and organized, as you may see in the bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed with comfy fitted sheets and linens that will surely make you fall asleep on a tiring day. The not-so-huge en-suite bathroom with bathtub is the only way to soak away a long day of luxury living, equipped with soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay! There’s a separate guest’s toilet and powder room too.

Our guests also enjoy great connectivity from there to almost all parts of the city as it is located on one of the busiest roads of Dubai that is Sheikh Zayed Road. It has good underground train connectivity also taxis are readily available at any time.

High-end restaurants, cafes, shops, and more surround you. You can also easily access the Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. The metro station is only a few minutes' walks away. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (20min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (40 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
