The space
As you step inside, the grand timber staircase welcomes you in and hints at the elegance that awaits you. Head through to the main living area where the expansive open plan space showcasing pristine finishes and oodles of natural light will take your breath away.

The stunning fully equipped kitchen looks out across the family room with double height ceiling and to the canal beyond. There are numerous living zones including a formal living and dining room, two study areas, and a media room with projector, screen, and surround sound.

Each zone has been cleverly designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views with a divine indoor outdoor flow. The covered alfresco area with outdoor kitchen overlooks the sparkling infinity edge magnesium swimming pool and outdoor pavilion.

Our whole entire water system throughout the whole house has been filtered - chlorine free, chemical free!

Take a refreshing dip in the pool or simply laze the day away with family and friends on the sunbathing deck. There are 35 metres of private sandy beachfront and even your own pontoon.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own ensuite, kitchenette, and walk in closet which allows guests to have separate quarters if needed. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms in total with the master suite boasting a gorgeous private ensuite, north-east facing balcony, and skyline views so you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the city at it comes alive at night.
