Rue de Bourgogne Is a stunning 200m2 4 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Although classic, with many traditional details – decorative ceilings, herringbone wood floors and antique pieces, this home’s full of vibrant touches too, from dashes of bright colour to contemporary artworks. Here in Saint-Germain-des-Prés you’re close to some of the city’s most-visited spots, like the Invalides, the Grand Palais and, a little further away, the Louvre. This part of Paris is also dotted with upscale boutiques and brasseries, and it’s only a four-minute walk from here to the nearest metro station, Assemblée Nationale.
If you’ve ever dreamed of waking up in a stunning contemporary French residence within walking distance of one of the most iconic monuments in the world, Rue de Bourgogne will make those dreams come true.

The key to Rue de Bourgogne success is the sympathetic way that a modern décor has been superimposed into a traditional Parisian apartment. The combination works beautifully, with a neutral palette along with the flair of red allowing the home’s individuality to shine through. The living room is light, bright and airy, while offering the views of Paris and the Eiffel right from the dining area which works within the open-plan aesthetic without overwhelming it. The kitchen uses wooden finishing to offset the simple white walls. A flight of stairs from the living area takes you up to the office area with a desk and chair to work from. The bedrooms are tucked away on the second level up a floating staircase.

While not all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. This apartment is a duplex with a floating staircase, so it may not suit those with limited mobility. Young children should be supervised on the stairs. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days during your stay. We can provide up to three high chairs for infants for free on request.
