Kondili is conveniently located within walking distance of several renowned restaurants, including Ninos of Victor Harbor, Loco Mexican, and Red Orchid Asian Cuisine. You can grab some delicious seafood from our local fish and chip eateries and head to the beach for a sunset picnic or a family meal on our large deck overlooking the ocean.

Victor Harbor offers plenty of options for those interested in exploring, such as shopping, hiking/biking trails, cafes, and museums. Visitors may be lucky enough to glimpse the majestic Humpback or Southern Right Whales that visit our shores in winter, these inspired our home's name “Kondili - which is a local Ramindjeri dreaming story.

The space
Come and experience a tranquil haven where comfort blends with coastal elegance. Our six-bedroom home features three living areas, two bathrooms, and an ideal space to enjoy playing pool or foosball. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything else you need to prepare a scrumptious family meal.

The living and dining room boasts breathtaking oceanfront views, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a stunning fireplace. It is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy your favourite movie while enjoying the magnificent sunset views.

The Kondili can accommodate up to 15 people, making it the ideal home for one or two families or a large group of friends. Three bedrooms have Queen-size beds, while the other two are fitted with single beds. Downstairs the bunk room is ready to house the kids!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
