The apartment and the condominium are just as nice and well maintained as in the description and the previous reviews. There is really nothing to add. Best conditions for a great holiday. The care by BRIC Vacations was impeccable and very helpful. 2 small comments or suggestions for improvement: 1) The drivers of BRIC should be informed better that after picking up guests at Cancun airport they'll first have bring them to BRIC HOTEL reception for the check-in procedure and key collection (Unfortunately, we dead tired after a long transatlantic flight had another big round trip through Playa Carmen). 2) The poles of one of the beach chairs is broken and the chair thus unusable. (Was not bad for us, since we went from the second day by rental the car to the broader beaches towards Tulum for swimming). Everything else very, very nice. We would come back.
