To the front and side there is a pretty cottage garden ideal for relaxing on warmer days and where the beck trickles past the gate it is truly a peaceful and tranquil location. A gentle stroll along the lane leads to the pub with further amenities in Leyburn just a 5 minute drive away. For outdoor enthusiasts there is an abundance of stunning walks in the immediate area, visit nearby Castle Bolton or enjoy the cascading waterfalls at Aysgarth with pretty riverside walks and picnic areas. The market town of Hawes famous for the Wensleydale Visitor Centre and the Georgian town of Richmond with its Norman Castle are just a short drive away.
