Welcome to the Promenade Home, located in the charming town of Sliema just steps from the promenade !
This 2BR house has been lovingly restored and renovated to retain its original character, while also offering modern comforts. The space is spacious, with traditional Maltese features such as arched doorways & stone walls.
The living room is a welcoming space, with comfy sofa w/smart TV.
Whether you're looking for a holiday or a more adventurous break, this house has something for everyone.
WIFI and Air-conditioning.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.
Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also included, is a back terrace with outdoor furniture.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, both with double beds.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 1 bathroom.

Sliema is a coastal town on the northeastern coast of Malta, located just east of the capital city of Valletta. It is known for its promenade, which stretches along the coast and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The promenade is popular for walking, jogging, and cycling, and is lined with restaurants, cafes, and shops.
Sliema is also known for its beaches, which are popular for swimming, sunbathing, and other water sports. The town has a bustling shopping and dining scene, with a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and cafes to choose from.
If you are staying in Sliema just off the promenade, you will be within easy walking distance of all of these attractions and amenities. The neighbourhood is generally safe and well-connected, with good public transportation links to other parts of Malta. It is a lively, vibrant area with something for everyone.
The bus stop is just round the corner from the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.
Also if you will be renting a car there ample of free parking around the area.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
