Villa AlGharif is a charming holiday home located in the peaceful Quinta da Balaia area, just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Albufeira and some of the best beaches in the region. With capacity for up to 14 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends looking for comfort and a natural setting.



The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and private bathroom, one double en suite bedroom, and three twin bedrooms, one of which also has an en suite bathroom, providing both privacy and flexibility.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals.



The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is a true highlight, a spacious, well-maintained garden, private swimming pool surrounded by trees, outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue, ideal for soaking up the Algarve sunshine and enjoying relaxed outdoor meals.



The property also offers free Wi-Fi throughout the house. With beaches, restaurants, shops, and golf courses all just a short drive away, Villa AlGharif guarantees a relaxing and memorable holiday in southern Portugal.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
