This cottage is a lovely base to get away from it all for a well-deserved break! We allow 1small/medium size well behaved dog.Sofa will need completely covering please. Pet gate on stairs as no dogs upstairs sorry.Crate is provided.
The downstairs area at JollyBoat offers a double height, open-plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen is a good size, with a peninsular providing a dining area and additional storage. There is a Neff induction hob & Neff hide & slide electric fan oven,slimline dishwasher and small undercounter fridge with separate ice box.The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, with a 40″ Smart TV, a DVD player and electric woodburner. The owners kindly provide a selection of books.Wooden stairs lead to the first floor and the master en-suite bedroom.
The bedroom offers comfortable sleeping accommodation, with a double bed and drawers/hanging. Travel cot in bedroom & towel airer .
The glass arched doorway leads to the en-suite shower room with walk in shower, W.C. and basin. Please note that the shower has a sloping ceiling above, which taller guests may find slightly restrictive.
JollyBoat has space for two chairs on the yard, perfect for sitting in the evening sunshine enjoying a glass of wine after a day of exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer. Pay Carpark is 40 metres away on high street or free parking at the village hall just a 5 min walk via little lane, to Jollyboat. You get 30 min free on the carpark for unloading if you wish , then park on village hall ? I do
