The Space:
Aire de Paz is part of one of the most desirable gated communities in central Palm Springs; the exclusive Mesquite Estates. There are NO STEPS in this spacious lower level, one-bedroom condo which has the perfect Palm Springs vibe! Beautifully appointed, this end unit condo is secluded, private and comes with all the amenities of resort living! There is a nice yard to walk your dog or enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Aire de Paz also boasts a spacious living room with a rear patio for your BBQ grilling, two flat screen TVs, a cooks' kitchen with bar stools, dining area and more! A large master suite has king sized bed, double closet and outdoor patio area with mountain views! The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. A separate laundry is in the closet on the front patio of this tranquil hideaway. The Mesquite Country Club complex features several pools/spas, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds. Aire de Paz is centrally located and walking distance to major shopping areas, the Mizell Senior Center, Palm Springs library, etc. It is just a short drive or Lyft/Uber ride or even a nice walk to the downtown entertainment and restaurant areas. Local mass transit is located near the Mesquite Country Club estates, when exploring all Palm Springs has to offer. It is also only 1.5 miles into the heart of Palm Springs. 1 Car per Bedroom or 4, whichever is less.
2 Overnight Guests per Bedroom or 10 whichever is less.
3 Daily Guests/Visitors per Bedroom or 15, whichever is less.
Guests must comply with the City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations.
Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.

HOST RULES:
PMI - Coachella Valley charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage of $69 (per stay/month), which is in lieu of a Security Deposit.
Pet(s) must be pre-approved. Max 2 and max total weight of 80 pounds. Once approved, guests are charged an additional fee of $150.
Photo ID required and charge card required for check in and property access. You may upload during pre-check in or provide upon arrival.

A cozy getaway

My wife and I stayed at Sire de Paz for 12 days while we attended the Palm Springs Film Festival in January. It was the perfect hideaway and close to all the venues we went to every day. We’ll hope to go back next year.

Great location and very comfortable

The property was located within walking distance of numerous attractions including the Mizell Senior Center, library, baseball stadium, grocery store, coffee shops, etc. The condo was very comfortable and we especially liked the 2 outdoor patios.

Great place in gated community

Loved the property. Had everything we needed. Close to golf course, walking trails and pool. Property manager was quick to answer our calls and fix the problem. Will stay again.

Excellent place

Beautiful condo in gated community. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. Condo itself was a lovely place, nicely furnished with plenty of amenities. Also very much liked and appreciated that the condo was on a quiet street, but just a few blocks away from Sunrise Avenue, which is one of the main routes through Palm Springs. Had a few basic questions for Kevin during our stay and he was very helpful, and also responded quickly.

Get Away

This place was in a great location. We could walk for groceries and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and spa. We were looking for a quiet getaway and that is exactly what we got. The grounds were super clean. The only recommendation we could make is to include guidance on how to access the tennis/pickleball courts and golf course. Kevin was always quick to reply when we had a question. Would definitely stay again. :)

Great Location

Carpet needed cleaning when we checked in but Kevin had that done within a few days. The bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing. A few more kitchen essentials are required and could do with some upgrading. Other than that the unit was neat and tidy. Walking distance to groceries and a short drive to downtown. The pool was just across the road and not busy. Great technology--could have used a PVR.

Nice Condo in a good neighborhood near golf, groceries, airport

It was a property in a gated condo community located 10 minutes from the airport. The area surrounding the property was quite nice and clean, traffic wasn't a problem and a small shopping center nearby had groceries, a pharmacy bank etc., all within a 5 minute drive. There were numerous golf opportunities within 20 minutes. The condo itself was clean and had a fully equipped and usable kitchen and a living space that was more than adequate for my purposes. There was a nice little patio with a grill in the back that was sheltered from the neighbors and had a nice view of the mountains.

We did not get condo we saw when we booked. It was cluttered, there were stains on the carpet in the living room and bedroom. The furniture was uncomfortable in the dinning room and they needed to be tightened. The Living room sofa and 2 chair were just uncomfortable. The BBQ did not light but we found a way to start it. A sliding screen would not stay on the tracks. After a few days we ran out of tissues, dish soap and garbage bags which the owner did bring over. I would not recommend this condo. I wrote the owner about my concerns and he has not responded. We are elderly and it would have been difficult to change condos at the last minute.
