For a beautifully appointed modern vacation condominium with many fine upgrades, this second-floor unit is sure to please. The unit has a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful upscale modern furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and tiled floors. The dining table seats four and there are three bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous contemporary black furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has a rich chocolate & deep red color palette, upgraded granite countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
