Just a 5-minute ride from Ikebukuro Station via the Tobu Tojo Line, the nearest station (Oyama) offers incredibly convenient access to central Tokyo.
Despite this central location, the neighborhood is a peaceful residential area where you can unwind in total tranquility.

・We warmly welcome guests who treat the space with care and respect.
・No parties, loud music, or unregistered guests.
・Please keep quiet after 10 PM (as we are located in a residential area).
・Before checkout, please return furniture to its original position and separate trash properly (instructions provided).
・No smoking inside the building.
・No pets allowed.
・Guests may use the designated trash station 24 hours a day.

・We do not offer luggage storage, but advance courier delivery may be accepted—please inquire in advance.
・Early check-in and late checkout may be arranged depending on availability.

・From Narita Airport, take a direct limousine bus to Ikebukuro Station (about 1 hour 40 minutes).
