Wonderful stay!

This was a great house for a large group. The house had everything you could need and the proximity to the beach can't be beat.

Best Vacation Ever!

This is the most wonderful house, beach, community and location. Very private for families to enjoy memories and fun times. Definitely will be returning!

Fall Break

Location was great and walk to the beach was short. The only down fall to this house is TONS of stairs! It’s terrible carrying groceries or luggage in or out. The mattress on the main level with living room is absolutely terrible. We alternated to the couch just to relive some back pain. It was a sinking pit! The cleaning crew could do better. The pool area needs to be cleaned up. Weeds all over fence that are inside fence also. We also had ppl show up to take garbage to road, then they come back to bring it in, pool guy showed up to vacuum and random days when we were cooking breakfast and noticed someone down there. No biggie but maybe text and let someone know that he’s coming. Overall we enjoyed our stay but left early just to come home and sleep in our own bed because we were exhausted. Suggestions: replace mattress and the coffee pot!

Nice, comfortable home but not perfect

The house was nice enough, but the beds were horrible! Worst mattress I've ever slept on, and all of the king beds used the same mattress, so no point in switching beds. Also, we never used the pool because it didn't seem clean. Not real sure that the pump was working properly. We never saw anyone come service it. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house and being so near the beach. We probably won't stay in that area again, we just don't enjoy the cars and trucks driving up and down the beach. The other thing that would help this particular house a lot, is to have a half-bath on the main floor. It's a pain going up and down the stairs all the time.

Amazing property.

Extremely clean and nice. Easy walk to the beach and great location. No crowd at all. Left like we had the beach to ourselves.

Great Beach House

We had a terrific time! The house was better than the pictures. Stunning view from main living areas and bedrooms! Had everything we needed! Quite area, so if you like crowds don’t choose this house!

Nice place quiet beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Divers Den is a beautiful place. The beach is nice and quiet. The house is appointed nicely, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed our week relaxing on the beach and taking long walks. The only negative was the beds. Very uncomfortable worn out pillow tops on all the king beds. My husband ended up using a twin mattress on the floor all week. Not ideal. The tv’s didn’t work for three days but they eventually got them working. There was little concern from the rental agency though. No apologies or checking to be sure everything got back on after cable people left. For those that are unfamiliar with the area, it should be noted that eating places and stores are few and far between and can close up without notice. So you do risk driving to PSJ, only to find the place closed. Also, if you’re a dog lover, this area is for you. Very dog friendly. If not, be prepared to see them everywhere including inside restaurants.

Anniversary trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New, beautifully decorated, kitchen fully stocked, wonderful views. The house was clean overall; however, there were 2 dirty dishtowels in the drawer with the clean ones. The cleaning team or previous guest left a can of diet Dr. Pepper in the freezer which exploded on our freezer items.

Indian Pass

Our stay at Indian Pass was awesome. The home was situated south facing and allowed viewing of both sunrise and sunset. The house was well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated and the decks on each floor faced the beach and the water and were great spots for coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset in the evening. The Indian Pass neighborhood is quiet and private and golf carts are allowed on the road as well as the beach. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again in the future! Five stars for sure!

We never needed the property management while we were there, but they were very easily accessible. Along with the app and book at the house with all the information, I knew if we had a problem, they would be readily available. The booking process was very easy as well. They were always very helpful and informative. There were just enough places nearby to eat, without being too commercialized. We will definitely return to the area.

Wonderful

We loved the location! Everything was just what we wanted. We had a ton of space on the beach to play kickball games, throw the frisbee and have bon fires. Drinking coffee on the porch was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.
