Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. - Pool heating is optional and available at an additional fee. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
