Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 75 m² air-conditioned house in Laroque-des-Albères with views over the Roussillon plain, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. You'll be able to make the most of the 150 m² green space. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First level :
- Bedroom 1: twin single beds (80×200) and through-bed
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), sliding door, wardrobe and TV, access to 6 m² terrace
- Shower room with WC

Second level :
- A 23 m² living room with a lounge, dining area, sofa and TV
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140×200) and dressing area
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- Terrace 1: 15 m² planted terrace with electric barbecue and outdoor furniture
- Terrace 2: 15 m², with furniture

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Terrace 3: 20 m² above the garage
- Shared, unheated swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September
- A shared tennis court open all year round
- 150 m² of unenclosed grounds with uninterrupted views

The house is ideally located in Laroque-des-Albères, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- With a magnificent view over the Roussillon plain and the Canigou mountain, walks are very popular here, and there are numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
- The Domaine is located 3 km from the village of LAROQUE DES ALBERES, a pretty little Catalan village well worth a visit.
- Don't forget your snowshoes, bicycles and hiking boots!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the street of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Argelès sur mer, 13 km away (about 20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, 40 km (about 39 min by car)

Other remarks :
- Public access: a swimming pool open from June to September, dates non-contractual and subject to change, and a tennis court.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- The different levels are accessible via external steps (not accessible from inside).

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
