North Phoenix Condo 2 bed 2 bath

If you are looking for a quaint, comfortable two bedroom two bathroom condo that has two ensuites for privacy, this is the place for you!
Walk down the stairs, across the lot and you are in the pool area that is open 24 hours.

Beautiful entryway and a secure gated entry with a large fountain. Located right on Cave Creek Road so a perfect location for getting around the north Phoenix area.

The condo is nice and cozy with a decorative fireplace, open floor-plan from the living room to the kitchen and dining area so everyone can congregate and get together while preparing meals. There are sliding glass doors in the living room leading out to a nice size balcony overlooking one of the pools directly across from the balcony and a nice Mountain View. The property offers three salt water pools that also have a nice covered seating area along with barbecue grills and high top seating with a nice stone counter so you can enjoy a nice meal poolside. There are also tennis courts/pickle ball and basketball courts belonging to the property. The unit also has a washer and dryer so you can do laundry if needed. After a long exhausting day of relaxing by the pool you and your guests can retire to one of the ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms on separate sides of the condo for privacy. Small pets are allowed, 25lbs and less for an additional pet fee.

Please note! The fireplace in the living room is for decoration only.

There is one assigned parking spot for the unit and there is a good amount of guest spots throughout the property and close to the unit itself. This condo is located on the second floor so it offers nice views from the living room.

This area offers a lot of outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking. There are a good amount of restaurants and shopping in the area also.

Easy access to the 51 freeway, about 10 min or 5 miles and I-17 freeway about 25 minutes or 13miles, which can put you anywhere in the Phoenix area including Sedona, Flagstaff, downtown Phoenix etc. Plenty of golfing, about 20 minutes or 12 miles for the PGA TPC golf course also in the area along with North Mountain Park which offers quite a few outdoor activities.
This unit is a short 20 minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport.,
Mayo Clinic: 11 miles or aprox. 20 minutes,
Kierland Commons:10 miles or aprox. 15 min,
Old town Scottsdale: 13 miles or aprox. 30 min,
Wrigley Mansion: 6 miles or aprox. 15 min.

If you need anything and I can make it happen I will. I would like every guest to have a far better experience than a traditional hotel.

Decent condo to rent
The condo was overall fine. It was clean and well stocked. The condo complex the condo was in was gated with access codes and located on a busy street on the east end of the property, but the west end was a quiet street which was the best way to enter and exit. The complex was well taken care of and it was fairly quiet. The property itself is in sort of a backwater part of town, which was good and was well placed in town to get to where you wanted to go using a navi system. Hiking trails were close if that is an interest of yours. There was a pool that we could have used but did not as we did not have time to use it. Gas and a grocery store were real close, south of the property so that was good and convenient. When watching TV I used apps on my phone and cast to the TV and also used my cell for net access not wireless, it worked out great. The bed we used was a queen size with a memory foam type mattress which was comfortable. There are two bedrooms with baths attached the west one had a larger bathroom area. Matt the host was responsive and good to work with. The price was right on this place. I would rent it again.

Tired and neglected l
Needs updating. Most furniture looked like goodwill, drawers falling out, just a mix of old stuff. ,. Paint cans and rags stored in closets (fire hazard). Spare pillows in closets dirty and torn. No nightstands with lights at beds (can't read in bed). Should be hair dryer in each bedroom. We had no cable in living room for 5 days then owner ordered a box and we had to try to install it. When we couldn't get it to work we had to call cable co. Old random silverware and glassware. Clothes dryer vent packed with old lint, pulled out handfulls (fire hazard), The only positives were beds comfy and kitchen appliances were new and kitchen looked nice. We were there a month and had to buy cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher supplies. Other places that we have rented have supplied those things. Owner tried to be helpful but that place needs a makeover. He did credit us one night free for our problems. Definitely not worth what we paid for it. .

Week long getaway
The North Mountain property was ideal for our week-long vacation. Secure location, spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms separated by common space. Well appointed kitchen with everything you'd need. Right across from one of the pools. Close to hiking, shopping and the highway for a drive up north.

Great condo
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Point Tapitio. It's such a nice gated community. Friendly people, great amentites. Anna was a great host. So thorough in her notes/information. The condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds. Pool is just across the street. 2nd floor patio has a nice view. Hope to come back for another vacation.
