Located directly on the golf course but with enough privacy, you can watch the golfers come by and enjoy the tranquil view of the golf course. Very comfortable living room furniture, a large open kitchen with a breakfast bar but also a good size table and chairs for a nice diner. The kitchen nook provides a round table and chairs. Access from the kitchen and the living room to the screened-in lanai. Floors are engineered hardwood and easy on the feet! HD TV, comfortable beds and outdoor seating is provided. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room with access to the 2-car garage. What is so great about this villa is its comfort and location!
