The home is conveniently located in Gulfport, MS (the second largest city in Mississippi). If that isn’t enough, you’re 75 minutes to New Orleans or 2 hours to Gulf Shores, AL for a day trip.

Everything is new in 2022 including Maytag stainless appliances, furniture, decorations, linens, and smart TVs in every room.

The kitchen is also stocked with toaster, blender, pots, pans, bake ware, bowls, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker that accepts pods and grounds. Coffee is included in your stay.
The open living area includes a large sectional seating area, 70” smart TV, and a Klipse Bluetooth speaker.
The dining area has a large table that seats all 8 guests or spread out at the bar seating for 5.
All bedrooms have name brand memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
Bedroom 1: king bed, full dresser, large walk in closet, 40” smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, tile shower, and separate potty room.
Bedroom 2: queen bed, double closet, 43” smart TV, and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: twin bunk beds suitable for adults as well as children, desk, closet, and 43” TV

Other amenities include lots of outdoor seating, porch swing, stainless gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, beach toys, and coolers.
House rules:
-Government issued photo ID required at time of booking from the person booking the property. No exceptions.
-NO SMOKING inside home or on balcony. Please go to the yard or under the balcony, and be sure to dispose of butts properly. Violation of this policy will incur an additional minimum cleaning charge of $250. -NO PETS are allowed on the property. Violation of this policy can incur an additional $250 min. cleaning fee.
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS violations can incur additional cleaning fees, and possible cancelation of reservation without refund.
-Primary renter must be minimum 23 years of age. ID required to book. -Never more than 8 guests permitted. Additional guests will be considered a violation of your agreement and will be charged additional fees. Additional guests can be verified by the owners via Ring doorbell and garage cameras.
-No open fires anywhere on the property.
-Grill and utensils must be cleaned after use. Failure to do so, may result in additional cleaning fees. Propane is not guaranteed to be available, and may need to be supplied by the guests.
-Do not re-arrange the furniture.
-Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. If your stay overlaps these days, please move the large green trash can to the street for pickup.
-Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup or clean up spills. Makeup remover wipes are provided.
-Do not flush feminine products or large amounts of paper. Guests will be responsible for costs to unstop any plumbing blockages.
-Please respect the space and privacy of the neighbors. Quiet time is between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. Any disturbances causing complaints from neighbors, police involvement, or violations of house rules may be grounds for immediate cancelation of the remaining reservation without refund.
-The property owner (host) reserves the right to access the property during business hours for necessary maintenance such as lawn mowing, landscaping, pest control, ect. No person will enter the home during your stay without your consent.
