Street parking rules: NO overnight parking is allowed on the street. Cars must be parked in the garage or in the driveway or else they will be towed.

This incredible luxury home has four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and it's own 4K TV. There are two other bedrooms with king-size beds both with comfortable linens and mattresses. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All four bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your things.

There are 3 large bathrooms in this home. There is the master ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom features another walk-in shower. The third bathroom has a combination tub and shower. The bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fluffy hotel-quality towels. You’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in a separate room.

The sleek, modern kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need to self-cater in style. The large refrigerator features a water and ice dispenser and you’ll find the drawers and cabinets stocked with premium pots and pans.

A beautiful dining experience awaits you at the eight-seater wooden dining table, beneath a modish chandelier. An additional four seats are available at the breakfast island for your convenience.

Guest Access:
As one of our guests, you have full access to this private home along with its many amenities. The pool is heated upon advance request for a small fee.

This home is set up with outdoor security cameras at the front door for your peace of mind. There is parking available for two vehicles in the garage. Guests are able to check themselves in using a smart lock.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a gated community that is very quiet and safe. There is a playground and large grass area for the kids to enjoy.

Getting Around:
There are sidewalks throughout the community.

Ride share apps are always available in the area.

***Note: Extra guest fee of $50/night after 12 people up to 16
***Note: We require a guest list for each confirmed booking
***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. There is a MINIMUM Smoking Penalty Fee of $1,500 for Smoking at the property.
***Note: This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance.

* From mid-May to Thanksgiving, we do not recommend heating the pool as temperatures in the area typically range between the 90s and 110s, naturally warming the pool. However, if guests request it, heating the pool is entirely at their discretion.

During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.

We will have the pool ready for your check-in but daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this but additional charges may apply.

While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.
