Beachfront Paradise Hotel is a charming, eight-room boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque village of Playa Agua Blanca on the Oaxaca coastline, just 25 minutes from Puerto Escondido.
We hope your stay at the Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel will be as pleasant as possible. Here is some information that could help you enjoy this beautiful place, which will be your home for a couple of days, a week, or more. Thanks in advance for taking care of it.
**1. Address & Directions:**

Driving from Puerto Escondido or Huatulco, take the exit to Agua Blanca at 172 km. Continue one kilometer staying to the left until you reach the ocean view. Then turn left into Calle Delfines. Continue about 500 meters, and you will see two white tower buildings with the hotel sign on the wall on your left. The doors are open from 8 AM to 11 PM. There is also a ring bell at the door.
When you arrive, please ring the bell, and we will open the door and help you settle into your room.

The internet service at Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is provided by STARLINK satellite. Our internet speed test shows over 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload, allowing for live streaming, watching HD or 4K videos, downloading HD movies, and surfing YouTube without buffering.

**4. Air Conditioners:**
Fans are in all bedrooms, and some (Turtle Room, Ocean Room, Sunrise Room, Breeze Room, Honeymoon Jacuzzi Suite and Sunset Jacuzzi Suite) also have air conditioning. The fans are very efficient, and you may not need the AC due to the fresh and cool ocean breeze. If using the AC, keep doors and windows closed and ensure it is off when you go out, as electricity is expensive in Mexico.
**5. Meals:**
We offer charming breakfasts at the dining room or on the pool deck with our Polish hospitality. A free breakfast may be included in your rate; please check your reservation. Lunch and dinner are also available if you choose that option. We cater to vegetarian diets. You can find our menu at our restaurant’s website (http://www.casadepierogi.com). A selection of Mexican & European beers, wine, mezcal, and Polish vodka are available for purchase. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.
**6. Restaurants:**
Playa Agua Blanca has dozens of seafood restaurants within a 5-10 min walk, including Los Potrillos and Olguita, offering fresh and authentic Oaxacan meals.
**7. Cleaning:**
We have full time cleaning lady at the hotel and your room is cleaned according to your needs.
Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.
**8. Garbage:**
Trash containers are around the corner, but please leave your trash in the room for the cleaning personnel.
**9. Bathroom:**
Each room in our hotel has a private bathroom. Towels and a hair dryer are provided in the bathroom. Please do not throw any sanitary napkins into the toilet.
**10. Purified Water:**
Free drinking water, both cold and hot, is available anytime in the dining room from our water distribution stations. At the same time, our hotel takes pride in offering the freshest, purest water straight from our own spring water well.
**11. Kitchen:**
Only kitchen staff have access to the main kitchen. The Turtle Room also has a kitchenette and Casa Alebrijes Suite has a full kitchen.
**12. Washer and Dryers:**
Washing and drying service is available on request; please contact the cleaning personnel.
**13. Pool:**
Please return chairs and towels to their original positions after use. Only special color pool towels provided in each room should be taken to the pool or beach. No food or drinks in glass containers, or cigarettes and loud music are allowed in the pool area. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Please respect HOTEL’S QUIET HOURS.
**14. Quiet Hours:**
Quiet time is between 11 PM and 7 AM. Please do not disturb others during these hours.

„Unique tropical getaway! If you're looking for a seaside tropical getaway much less crowded than nearby tourist honeypots like Zipolite and Puerto Escondido, this place might be perfect for you. Playa Agua Blanca is no doubt on the path of greater tourist development, but for now it remains a tiny and tranquil little village located about 30 km. east of Zicatela.
Beachfront Paradise pretty much lives up to its name. The owners are Polish- Americans. They and their small staff are all welcoming and friendly. You can eat Polish favorites like pirogies and borscht here, or wander down the beach to dine on seafood at numerous palapa restaurants.
The facilities are well maintained and the wifi is great. They even have a separate wifi stream on the beach itself. There is a pool and plenty of hammocks on the various decks. Taxi fare from PE costs 600-700 pesos and takes about 40 minutes.
One word of caution: the beach itself is beautiful and great for exploring, but this is not a surfer's paradise. For that, stick to Zicatela or Zipolite.”
