One of the best features of this condo is the easy accessibility. The condo is located on the parking lot level. Walk from your car directly into the condo with no stairs. The lake, pools, and docks are one level down, but don't worry, there is an elevator available. This condo is great for anyone with mobility issues.
This condo is tucked back in the quiet end of Parkview Bay. There is minimal foot traffic passing by the condo, less vehicle traffic on this end, and the view from the patio is unobstructed. There are no boat docks to look around or over. All you see is beautiful Ozark State Park. You can sit on the patio and watch the Bald Eagles fish!
This Lakefront Family Condo is located at the 1.5mm of the Grand Glaize Arm. It is positioned perfectly in the large Watson Hollow Cove facing the pristine green space of the Ozark State Park. You will feel secluded, yet you will be less than a mile away from many of the area's main attractions and amenities. This area of the Grand Glaize Arm is perfect for fishing, skiing, tubing, kayaking, or swimming in the cove with friends and family. Parkview Bay boasts 3 dazzling pools (on the water) where you can enjoy and relax!
BOAT SLIP MUST BE RESERVED SEPARATELY. Please include slip request in an email. The boat slip is an extra $30 per day and is paid separately.
This Lakefront Family Condo is in the ideal central location at the Lake. Shopping, dining, boating, attractions, you name it!
SHOPPING: Less than a mile away is the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall, where you can find J. Crew, Under Armor, Eddie Bauer, Crocs and more! Just a short distance away is Target, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Dick's Sporting Goods and Kohl's. Grocery stores Dierbergs, Hyvee, and Woods are also all within a mile.
RESTAURANTS: There are numerous dining options available. Dog Days Bar & Grill is less than 3 miles away, Backwater Jacks is 3.5 miles, Wobbly Boots Roadhouse, Domenico's Italian, Mama Cita's, PaPPo's Pizzeria and Pub and many more restaurants are all within 2 miles of the condo.
ACTIVITIES: Miner Mike's, Horseback Riding, Mini-Golf, Go Carts, Trampoline Park, Movie theater. Other attractions are The Bagnell Dam, Ha-Ha Tonka State Park is a short 20 minute drive, and many golf courses, such as Old Kinderhook, Bear Creek Valley, Osage National Golf, Deer Chase, and Tan Tar A Resort. Boat and PWC rentals are less than a mile away at Dirty Duck Boat Rental and Freedom Boat Club. Please note we do not provide a boat slip. There are many more activities and attractions to list!
Our Unit is located on the parking lot level. There are 3 good-sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with large tv, a desk, direct access to the patio deck, and it's own private bathroom. The second room has a queen size bed with a chair, and a tv, and the third bedroom, which is the bunk room has 2 twin size bunks, a queen bed, a tv and a Big Joe chairs Our unit is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker (k-cups and drip), iron, steamer, blow dryers in each bathroom, bath towels, and pool towels. We have a washer and dryer for your use along with detergent pods. There is a charging station for IOS and Android devices for your convenience. We also provide you with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, mini shampoo and body soap to get you started. We ask that you bring an additional supply if needed.
This condo is set up for families. Bring the friends, family, neighbors, anyone you want to make lasting memories with. There is plenty of room for everyone. Not only do our beds sleep 8 but there is a pull out couch and plenty of floor space to blow up the air mattress. We have games, a few fishing supplies, kayaks, and many other fun things around the condo. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and other necessities so you can cook a big breakfast or grill some burgers.
*One reserved parking spot for guests. All others must park in open unreserved spots. A yellow pass inside the condo must be placed on the dashboard, and must be placed back inside the condo prior to check-out.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the front door and the patio/balcony . Our HOA does not allow trailers to be parked at the property. If you need a place to park your trailer or need a boat ramp, please let us know and we can direct you to them. Finally, we allow a maximum of 2 dogs and we do not allow cats. A Rental agreement listing the house rules will be provided and MUST be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking, and prior to receiving keypad code. ***Sales tax is 7.475% + Lodging Tax 3%***
