**𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: Loveland Lake's water levels decrease significantly as the reservoir is used for irrigation. The lake is typically full during the summer months, however, the water recedes (usually beginning of August) leaving a sandy lakefront ideal for walking.
However, the water level does drop away from the bay where the home is located. While this can be disappointing, it is beyond our control. If you have any questions about the water levels during your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services Team for more information.
Any additional floatation devices you may be interested in bringing along such as kayaks, paddleboards or boats are not permitted for using on the lake, as all floatation devices are required to be fully registered with the lake committee due to invasive species, registration requirements, etc. There is a pontoon boat that is left at the home, and it is not available for guest use.
Please note there is a security camera system located at the front of the home.
