I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.
