This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Deluxe villa is the ideal property for your next stay at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Located in East Beach Village it is within close proximity to The Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course, Tomasso restaurant, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach! The villa has a beautiful scenic lagoon and golf views from its sunroom and both upper and lower decks. This inviting villa provides tasteful décor and features quality furnishings. Wi-Fi Internet provided. No pets permitted.

Comfortable and spacious home
The unit was very spacious and laid out well for everyone to have their own space. Loved all the windows with the view over the golf course. It wasn't too far of a bike ride to get to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful as usual
This is our 4th year at this property. Great location. Everything you need. Nice easy walk, lots of books and games to entertain you at night. Night Herron open and activities for kids.

Rest and Relaxation
Met friends from Mississippi and spent a week enjoying each others company. Golfing, shopping, beach, touring Charleston, and enjoying new and favorite restaurants. Can’t wait for our next Kiawah adventure.

Home away
We’ve stayed at this property twice. Very nice clean and convenient to beach. Master bedroom upstairs is extremely hot but there was an extra fan this year. It appears to be new air conditioner and very cold downstairs. Take extra paper towels and toilet paper. There is an app threat tells you what to bring. That was helpful. We’ve stayed in property that had basic supplies in kitchen. This property does not. Now that we know we came prepared this year. We will stay again.

Disappointed customer
The unit was poorly cleaned. Used soap/ razor and previous renter’s shower products left in downstairs stairs. Call placed to property manager and when cleaning company apparently returned to clean unit all these items still left in downstairs shower. Coffee pot in kitchen left dirty/ with coffee grinds in it. Light bulbs out in kitchen ceiling. Ceiling in family room with large peeling water stain. Upstairs master bedroom tv is extremely poor- a cable streaming service that does not work. Very poor connection!! Golf views and access to the beach are great but I would never rent this unit again.

Family beach trip
Beautiful! The only drawback was 24 steps to get inside which would be difficult for some. The primary bedroom was also up a steep flight of steps. Great place for physically fit young people.

Kiawah is Great
Loved the property. Clean, well-furnished, convenient. Only issue was air conditioning went out. Unit has reminders to keep doors/windows closed to prevent AC freeze up. We assumed it had frozen (though we were good at keeping doors closed), but it didn't come on after leaving it off most of a day. Notified management company, but they were unable to have technician look at it until next day, which was a little frustrating (one might think management company of presumably lots of units has technicians on the ready 24/7).. That said, technician arrived mid-morning the following day, diagnosed that the capacitor needed replacement, and had it up and running within a couple of hours. Overall, great property and we'd recommend it.

Beach getaway
Everyone enjoyed the stay. It was a short walk to beach. The unit was clean upon arrival. Read emails carefully. There is very limited supplies. I read at last minute to bring cleaning items. There was no sponge or anyway to do dishes and wipe off cabinets. We brought our on trash bags, paper towels etc. I suggest you also bring toilet tissue. They did give list of what was supplied. I can’t fault them but I do expect more. We’ve been renting for 30 years and this was the least supplied rental. That’s ok. I will read the fine print next time. There was also two towels per bathroom. I did give 5 stars due to great communication and location.

Great vacation with friends. Very comfortable villa. Loved the two living areas.
Great experience except one issue. Garbage disposal was old and broke and dishwasher leaked. Called after hours maintenance 3 times with little help. Called next morning and they had no ticket of calls. The sawgrass property maintenance group was responsive and excellent. Replaced garbage disposal. There was no thermostat upstairs and it did get hot in master bedroom. The condo was very comfortable and I loved the 2 living areas.

PGA Championship stay
Been staying in the turtle beach houses all my life and this was my first Kiawah villa stay and it was perfect. Exactly what we needed and wanted for the PGA week and it was so convenient to everything. Beach, Sanctuary, golf, market, etc.

Great stay - highly recommend
We stayed for a couple of weeks in Mar 2021. The villa is very nice and clean. Check-in process was smooth. Nice views of turtle point golf course and very close to the beach. Highly recommended - would be back.

Our stay was wonderfu! The Island is lovely and we needed a change of scenery. The condo was clean and met our needs, loved the master suite on second floor. We loved the fact our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up each morning and the bike rides were enjoyed by all. Worth the rental fee. Thank you.

Labor Day Weekend
Overall nice unit. Kitchen could use a few more items. A quick trip to Target would help. The master bed needs tightening and would recommend a mattress replacement. The condo building was a bit noisy. You could hear bumps and folks moving around other units quite easily. That's nothing the owner can address just a call out on noise. Easy walk to the beach and overall enjoyed our stay.
