Perfect location

Condo located on a beautiful beach. It was clean and easy to get around. Only major downside internet was TERRIBLE! We had no internet at all the last two days, and I had to work.

It was just the right size for a family with small children, and the bunk beds were a hit with our kids! The condo was in a great location, being close to shopping and dining options.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and love the quick beach access. The condo was not quite as clean as we would have liked when we got there. Dust and slightly dirty counters when we got there, but over all it was perfect for our little get away! We had an issue with the Wifi - it was connected to a light switch, which we accidentally turned off. We reached out to the customer service on the app and got a quick response on how to fix it.

Great beach condo

Not having a reserved set up for our chairs was not ok. They could put the condo numbers on the chairs if requested. I was also not a fan of the shower curtain. It needs to be updated to doors.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was fine. A little dated. Bedroom mattress is very hard. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen are peeling. There were some lights that were burned out. The bunks (not y’all’s fault) were hard to climb in because of the round rungs. it was a functional place and convenient otherwise.

The king mattress is very comfortable, and it was very convenient to have the washer:dryer in the condo. Some minor maintenance issues. Paint was peeling off some woodwork. Kitchen was sparsely supplied. We had to buy a fry pan & normal sized spatula. Nit-picks aside, it was a wonderful experience!

Family vaca

Carpet in bedroom is pretty worn , tub wouldn’t drain , paint has scruffs in several places and kitchen cabinets have pretty big spots ofPaint missing . Master bed is very firm so if you prefer a softer bed it’s not for you . You will need to bring or pick up everything such as toilet paper, salt and pepper, cooking spray , laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, hand soaps, etc . Overall stay was comfortable but will look for something more updated for the price next year .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean! We enjoyed the 2nd floor view and the beach service during the day was a great touch! I love the new paint at Gulf Dunes, too. If you stay there, be sure and walk over to Stewby's for some great food!

Filthy Rug and no security cameras

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rug in the living was horribly filthy. It needs to be trashed and replaced. Wouldn't walk on it barefoot. Our rental car was hit and damaged severely. There is no security cameras in the parking area,so we will have to deal with a hit and run. Will never stay here again.

Great view, clean condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location & view from this condo can’t be beat. It was clean & well stocked. However, this condo is dated. The couch is sagging & needs to be replaced. Could use a new upgraded mattress as well. Comfort is everything. The appliances are probably the original. Cheap cabinets & countertops. It is all fine and I would stay there again but I would not look to go back to that particular condo because I think there are nicer, more updated condos for the same price. When you rent you should be enticing people to return again & again and this one doesn’t do that. Again, it was ok & not bad, just not outstanding.

Easy Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the view and accommodations, my favorite part of our stay was the easy check in and check out. It was also very conveniently located and we were able to either walk where we wanted to go or take a very short drive.
