Ocean Front Condo w / Pool - Ημερομηνίες διαθέσιμες τον Αύγουστο

Όμορφα διατηρημένο διαμέρισμα 2 υπνοδωματίων με πισίνα και WIFI. Η μονάδα είναι μια δεύτερη μονάδα με εξαιρετική θέα στην παραλία.

Το condo έχει δύο queen κρεβάτια, τα οποία αντικαταστάθηκαν στις 15/15/15 με στρώματα Serta Perfect Sleeper και boxsprings. Το condo φιλοξενεί άνετα 4 άτομα. Έχει ένα πλήρες λουτρό και μισή μπανιέρα στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο. Περιλαμβάνονται λευκά είδη.

Όμορφη θέα στην παραλία από το σαλόνι, το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο και το μπαλκόνι. Υπάρχει πρόσβαση στο μπαλκόνι από το καθιστικό και το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο. Το μπαλκόνι έχει καρέκλες ύψους μπαρ και τραπέζι.

Υπάρχει τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, DVD player και στερεοφωνικό συγκρότημα, καθώς και ποικιλία DVD, βιβλίων και παιχνιδιών για να περάσετε την ώρα, αν είστε άτυχοι για να έχετε μια βροχερή μέρα.

Υπάρχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο, φούρνο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα, πιάτα, σκεύη κ.α. Υπάρχουν επίσης ξαπλώστρες, πλωτήρες και άλλα παιχνίδια για την παραλία / πισίνα για τη χρήση σας.

Το condo έχει εξωτερικό ντους για να καθαρίσει από την παραλία. Στο κτίριο υπάρχουν πλυντήρια / στεγνωτήρια. Δεν υπάρχουν ανελκυστήρες.

Η ιδιοκτησία μισθώνει μόνο εβδομαδιαίως από το Σάββατο έως το Σάββατο το καλοκαίρι (6/17 / 17-8 / 26/17). Οποιαδήποτε ενοικίαση πριν από το Σάββατο, 6/17, πρέπει να αναχωρήσει μέχρι το Σάββατο, 6/17.

Had a great time

We booked from May 5 through the May 11 of 2025 and it was absolutely great. The view from the balcony to the ocean was breathtaking. The walk to the beach was only less than a minute away lots of things around to do with your family very nice place to stay. And I would recommend my friends to stay and who knows we may be back. The condo was stocked above and beyond with everything you need.

Beautiful View of the Natural Dunes & Ocean

The property is of older construction, but fairly well maintained. The access was easy from the condo parking area. Stair access only, so if you're staying on 2nd or 3rd floors then you have stairs to manage. We stayed at Condo 2F and the owner Gregory communicated quickly and accurately. The pool on the property is of decent size and very clean. The pool loungers and chairs were in great condition. The beach access is closeby and just to the left of the building, so very easy access. We noticed a grilling area to the right of the building but we didn’t use it. Others were grilling away there, cooking their dinner. All stores and restaurants are a short drive away plus the boardwalk isn’t far either. The condo itself has been renovated a bit but also older construction and appliances. Everything was clean and in working order. The AC unit is a bit loud in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The balcony had a small table and chairs. There's a nice view of the natural dunes and ocean. Our breakfasts and one dinner were enjoyable looking out at such beauty. Pelicans occasionally glide over the waves. Beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves is amazing. Overall we had a great time and will rent again in the future.

Nice condo on the beach

My sister and I stayed for a long weekend and it worked great. We appreciated the space and supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was so nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I would go back to this condo again.

Great property!!

This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was accurately described on VRBO. Prior to booking and once during our stay, I contacted the property owner. He was quick to respond and able to answer my questions. We enjoyed this location…so convenient to the beach and a short drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked, beds/ pillows extremely comfortable, AC functioned well and most importantly the property was clean. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!!

Beach Getaway

As advertised, we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend here. The condo was clean, had all the necessities, everything worked. The check-in was easy and check-out requirement list was short and spelled out. For us parking was easy, right outside the front door. The walk to the pool took at least 30 seconds. The condo is oceanfront and the stroll to the beach was all of 2 minutes. We especially loved the private baclony,enjoying a morning coffee with a clear view of the dunes and ocean. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Just wonderful ! Love this quieter end of the beach and would definitely stay again.

BEACH GETAWAY

Had a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped The bathrooms had toilet paper to get you started. The bathrooms also had shampoo, body lotion and soap. I have never stayed at a place that had such nice thick bath towels. Very clean. The owner was very accessible and answered all questions. Hope to stay there again Sharon Howie

Very Good Deal

This property is a very good deal. Close to everything, you really don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Everything was clean and the views and closeness to the beach are as advertised. We did have an issue with the AC, but we called Greg the owner and he handled the issue immediately. He even called to follow up and make sure that everything had been handled. Can't beat the price for what you get here.

A place at the beach

The location of the condo was good, right on the beach. The condo was in poor condition; rotten floors and deck, mold in the air ducts, and large roaches. The property manager told me there was an umbrella and chairs for us to use at the condo. We have fair complexions, and would have made other arrangements had we known there would not be an umbrella to use and that the chairs were broken. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean and local activities.

Moldy run down condo with great views

It’s a lovely location, at one time I’m sure it was a nice condo, however the owner doesn’t maintain his property, when we arrived the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling (because of a leak according to the owner), the lock box wouldn’t open, the key was just laying in the box unlocked. The property owner wouldn’t answer calls when we arrived, this was my first and last time using Vrbo, I usually use a different booking site and I think they do a better job of weeding out slummy places like this.

This property had an awesome view, 2nd floor gave us ocean view, 1st floor could look at the dunes. The cleaning people should be fired, and I sent him that message from the beginning. The floors were dirty and the bathtub was grimey (had to clean it myself). There was NO TOILET PAPER to be found, good thing I brought some from home. The bedroom with the attached 1/2 bath, the bed was noisy and shot. My husband fell to the middle of the bed every night and I hung on to the edge, that mattress should have been thrown out 10 years ago. Overall the unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The grounds were well kept and the pool was awesome. Bring quarters for the laundry but the machines ran for a long time on 2 dollars each. For the price it was decent ( I am from NY). I would rent this again and bring an air mattress if the bed has not been changed out. The manager was easy to get a hold of and was prompt to answer any questions I had.

Check in was great and even got to check in early. Communication with owner was very good with quick responses. The unit had a great view and what looked like a great pool. The cleaning left alot to be desired as the bathroom toilet was disgusting. Alerted the owner immediately but no one was able to come clean. We would have checked out at this point but no where else to go on such short notice. We did have a half bath that we used. The shower would not drain and when shower was done the water was over our ankles. The sitting area furniture is extremely uncomfortable as it is an outdoor wicker patio set. The balcony furniture was old and rusted. The entire unit is very outdated. No bugs was a positive though. As I said owner was very responsive so that was a plus as well. I wish him the best in getting this unit up to what I consider par. Clean and comfortable. The parking is extremely tight so we used the overflow parking across the street. Not a necessity just our wanting no dents on our vehicle. Location is a very short drive to everything we wanted to do. FYI you pay to park EVERYWHERE in Carolina Beach.

The condo is directly on the beach and has magnificent views from the balcony. You can enjoy watching dolphins in the morning while you have your coffee, enjoy the sunset with a margarita, or relax and listen to the waves in the evening.

The condo is located directly between the boardwalk and fishing pier. You can easily walk to either, sit on the beach, or float in the pool. Beach chairs and toys/floats are provided. The condo was purchased in May 2009 and was completely renovated and outfitted with new furnishings.

Carolina Beach has lots to offer including: shopping, boating, golf, biking, hiking, nature trails, and an aquarium to name a few. There are many restaurants close by. Nearby historic Wilmington offers the Battleship North Carolina, the Ghost Walk, the Henrietta III Riverboat, the NC Railroad Museum, the Airlie Gardens and Butterfly House, and a Trolley Tour.
