Very Clean 3 BR 2 BA PIB Island Club Villa - Sleeps 10 - No Parties! - IC105

There is room for up to ten guests in this outstanding Put-in-Bay vacation home. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Pull into your own driveway with space for two cars. Guests step up on the side porch entering through a convenient coded door. Passing a washer and dryer, the kitchen awaits with all of the tools needed to make a wonderful culinary creation. The living room has a comfy seating area and a television with satellite service. There is a dining area that has a sliding door that exits to the rear deck. Here, there is a propane grill and picnic table. Two other sliding doors exit from the living room out to the brick patio. There are golf cart rentals available on site. Golf carts are the preferred way to see Put-in-Bay.

The Island Club on PIB is the best place to stay on the bay. The advantages to renting a home are numerous. You get much more space and greater amenities, making your stay as comfortable as possible. This home can be rented with neighboring homes to accommodate the largest groups.

The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my stay was ok. I liked the space and the fact it had a washer and dryer in unit. I liked it had cooking utensils and large deck. However I was told I had a unit that was remodeled but it was very outdated. The doors didn't have locks and the full size beds were not comfortable to sleep in. The unit also only has one tv in living room.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fishing was good. I was very disappointed the police department. We docked downtown and was harassed by the local police department about parking and boat loading. If you don't want fishmen, just let me know.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to the unit, we were able to walk in without a code. There were 3 doors, a side door and 2 sliding doors, and not one door had a working lock. Maintenance came to fix the side door lock. As for the sliding doors, we used the wooden boards to keep the door closed. as it was getting late and we needed to get dinner. We never had internet during our 2 day stay. Supposedly, someone came to work on the internet connection while we were out but the internet still was not working. We found it quite odd that we were asked to leave leftover food if possible for the foreign exchange students who clean the place. We did like the set up of the unit. Maintenance did come over to help quickly. The taxi for the rentals worked out great...our favorite part. We will not stay here again.

It worked.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the house, it looked like it was in pretty good condition. However as we continued to stay inside it, we quickly realized how dirty it actually was. You could see dust layered on the coffee table’s bottom piece, and dirt all over in the corners of the bathrooms. When we actually swept before we left, there was dirt that was not from us. I should have expected that when my feet left prints in the shower the next morning. Was it so bad that I wouldn’t go again? No, but they could be cleaned better. There was also water damage in one of the front windows and from the skylight.
