The Space:
At Grand Palms you'll enjoy all the amenities of your home away from home in your 3 bedroom/3 bath Lockoff condo that is astonishing 1434 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed (varies), an attached en suite and jetted tub, along with it's own living room, laundry area and sofa sleeper. The second master bedroom has a king bed (varies) with an attached en suite and jetted tub, and access to the balcony/patio. The 3rd bedroom has two double beds and attached en suite, along with access to the balcony/patio. In the 2nd living room there is a queen sofa sleeper and mini kitchen. This condo can accommodate up to 12 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room are in the main living area, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have in the sun, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
