Αυτή η ευρύχωρη εξοχική κατοικία με τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια Pacific City κάνει μια εκπληκτική τοποθεσία για την επόμενη απόδραση της ακτής του Όρεγκον. Με δύο master σουίτες που προσφέρουν μπανιέρες με τζακούζι, κουζίνα σεφ και πολλά υπαίθρια καταστρώματα, αυτό το σπίτι είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλο για πολυήμερες διακοπές.

Βρίσκεται στην επιθυμητή και ειρηνική κοινότητα Kiwanda Shores, θα είστε μόνο ένα τετράγ��νο μακριά από την παραλία. Κάντε μια βόλτα στην άμμο στα μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας στο κρατικό πάρκο Cape Kiwanda ή σταματήστε στο διάσημο Pelican Pub & Brewery για ένα νόστιμο γεύμα δ��πλα στη θάλασσα. Did not match the advertised amenities

Should’ve been a 5 star, instead its a 2. General disrepair everywhere. One suite was unusable as the fireplace and the jacuzzi did not work. I was only offered an 80 refund for the loss of this suite, even though it was the reason we chose this home. Contacting support and local team was difficult and not rewarding. All garbage cans were full/stinky when we arrived. They did empty them when I complained. After my complaints we came back from the beach to find the restricted area/garage door open, meaning the local team had been there in our absence, and when I shared my concerns with support they said perhaps the team didn’t know we had late checkout. Washer also did not work. Moldy dishes in the cupboards. Stained carpets and walls everywhere.

Pacific City rental

The house was well equipped with different kitchen tools and plenty of detergent and hand soap. The jet tubs were wonderful. Plenty of space for the large group we had. Thanks.

Thanksgiving stay

The house is very affordable and if that is all you care about then this house will be your jam. It is nice there are two master suites, but there is little privacy because of transom openings in the house. Overall for the cost I feel it was a good fit. But I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Just Don't!

There is at least 10 years of differed maintenance with rusted out and broken hinges, railings, BBQ, water damage and damp carpet in the basement, no cable and TV not connected to DVD player, terrible beds, peeling and chipping paint, missing outlet covers, old and only partially working appliances. I doubt I will book another Vacasa property!!!!

Family reunion

Wonderful home and location but in need of some serious maintenance. The dishwasher didn’t work, oven barely worked, the deck was a liability, lights were out, the basement beds’ springs were uncomfortable, the couches need replacing, no screens on windows, broken can opener, no coffee filters, and the property management was unresponsive.

Just what I expected. I read the reviews. I new that the property needed paint, had some wear and tear. I new the home was large and could accommodate my large family. It was close to the ocean. Two of the 4 bathrooms had no privacy, but it was an easy work around with signs, I’m not sure that the locks worked in the other restrooms?? Kitchen has two dishwashers and sinks, which was nice. Washer and dryer was great. Internet was slowish. Overall it was great for our not picky family. Especially when the price was right compared to some of the other houses. Didn’t feel like we were giving up much. Pictures are pretty accurate. If they did a nice fresh paint job in the house it would make all the difference.

Very mixed bag

The house was spacious and in a beautiful location. That being said it was not well maintained. Several things that are usually in vacation rentals of this quality were missing - coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, dust pan… The house was also not well cleaned - dust, easily wipeable stains, food crumbs etc. If that had been the only thing we would not have posted a review, since we had already let management know. But a lot of things were broken or rickety. Two cabinets already had one broken hinge, the others felt as if they could easily break. The shower door downstairs did not slide properly. One of the two dishwashers did not work, the other had a dispenser that was not functioning. One microwave was not functioning. One of the French doors upstairs had a big crack in it, and.it felt like one wrong move might crack it entirely. The table was so rickety that it was impossible to lean on it while playing games…. Overall it was definitely not very child friendly. The steps to upstairs were not very safe for toddlers and there was a spot where a very nasty fall could have happened without a lot of climbing. The flimsiness of the cabinets and tables also was not well suited to children of any age. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals with children of all ages, and this one would be much better suited to adults and teenagers if the maintenance issues were taken care of.

OK House - Poor Customer Service

The house has some good qualities and some not so great qualities. It is a fantastic space for large groups. There are two bunk rooms downstairs that sleep 6 people each. The middle floor is completely open with the kitchen, dining area, and living area - a fantastic space to hang out and enjoy each other. The top floor has two master suites. They each have their own bathroom but the bathrooms have zero privacy. One has no door on the toilet area and the glass shower is open to the entire bedroom. The other suite has a glass door on the bathroom which doesn’t provide any privacy either. We ended up hanging a sheet over that door. The house is run down a bit. A leaking kitchen sink, broken blinds, chipped paint, rotted wood on the balconies. There was also very limited silverware for a large group. And the cleaning could have been better. Dust on the window sills, a crusty stain on a comforter, and several carpet stains. The house was OK and met the needs of our groups with the exception of the stove/oven which was unusable due to being out of propane. We were notified the morning of our check-in that we would not have a working oven/stove and they did provide hot plates and a toaster oven. However, it is extremely difficult to cook for a large group using a toaster oven. I called the helpline several times to address this problem and each time they told me they would return my call in a few hours. They never did. On the final day of our week long trip they refunded me a portion of our rental cost. We contacted them regarding a poor internet connection and opening a sliding wall door - they never returned those calls either. The house was OK - but I will not be booking through Vacasa in the future. I have used several vacation rental companies in the past and this was by far the worst experience I have had in a rental.

Great location and spacious, but falling apart.

The house was just a block from the beach in a great location with plenty of parking and pretty spacious inside. It needs a very extensive makeover. The porcelain towel rack upstairs completely fell off the wall, the dishwashers are outdated, the shower door downstairs feel off it’s hinges, the bathroom off the kitchen has a completely open window to the kitchen above the door, etc. We managed for two nights but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Just ok, needs repairs and fumigation.

This house need repairs, water stains on the ceiling from a water leak. Bathroom trim and blinds were terrible. Found a spider in an upstairs bed. Killed a huge spider in the kitchen. House needs fumigation. The washer and dryer both need replaced. Soggy clothes and the poor dryer took forever to dry wet clothes. Location was excellent. Property owner needs to do repairs and paint to bring this house up to standards for the price charged. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family group.

Overall an Okay Stay

If you are looking for a big house to fit all of your family/friends than this place is good for that. Sadly, during our stay, there was a gas leak from the stove which was filling up the whole kitchen and living room area. We called to get someone to come take a look- the maintenance guy came, said this has been an issue for years and the owners refuse to fix or replace the stove. We ended up leaving the door in the kitchen and all of the windows open for the remainder of our time spent, as we had no place else to go that could accommodate our large party and they didn’t fix the leak. There are hardly any blinds or options to cover the windows with lots of houses all around you so it feels like there is hardly any privacy at times. Other than that, very lovely and spacious home. If they touched up a few little issues throughout the home, it would be perfect!

Perfect house for large gatherings

The house is flexible. If you want to host a number of people beyond a family this works well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. The access to the beach is just a short jaunt away. We were lucky enough to build a fire on the beach, and it didn't take much effort to get down there. The only thing I can knock the house on is privacy. Each of the masters at top don't have complete privacy as the walls have empty spaces above the doors. The only feedback I'd give is Vacasa should add some 9V batteries. One of the smoke detectors rant out of juice at 11:30PM and had to disconnect it to sleep in one of the rooms. We would have happily changed the battery but none existed. There was also only one dishwasher pod but two dishwashers. We bought some to leave at the house. Overall the house is great and would stay again. We were really happy with the communication from Vacasa and the status of the house. Hope we can work with them again.

Lots of bugs property. House in dire need of update. woodpecker hammering the side of the house every morning. No TV service.

Great 3 day weekend

The main floor gave my friends and me a great place to hang out while at the house. Only a minute's walk from the beach, which was a huge plus that I didn't consider when booking the house.
