Return Visit

We stayed in July 2017 and July 2023. Still a beautiful neighborhood, larger townhouse, nice neighbors. Kitchen is full and ready for use, 2 car garage and 2 car driveway make it perfect for multi family holiday. Great community pool. Close to local attractions, restaurants and short drive to multiple beaches & bays.

Take me to the beach

The house was absolute perfection. It was big enough for 6 grown adults with plenty more space for more. The house was clean and offered plenty of seating. Patty next door was so kind and gave us a lot of pointers as we ventured around town. Location was nice, quiet and just close enough to the hoopla, yet far enough away from all the noise. We would definitely stay here again. Book now… don’t wait!

great house

My family had a great time. The pool was perfect for my daughter. The house was immaculate. The loft was my evening retreat with a glass of wine. So quiet. Not like my previous stays in Ocean City. Will stay again and again. Thanks Jacob

Very spacious home in great location!

Wonderful week in Lewes/Rehoboth. Great location; close to Cape Henlopen State Park beach and town of Lewes. Close to outlets and Rehoboth Beach. Great that linens and towels are furnished. Need to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas. Note that the grill is a small Weber grill as there was no propane tank on the gas grill, which looked brand new. Very nice to have upstairs living area; great for adult children to hang out and sleep!

Absolutely Fabulous!

This is perhaps one of the best homes/townhomes we've ever rented! Our family of 5 (husband/wife, 2 teenage daughters and our pup) have been renting homes and townhomes in the summer from Cape May, NJ to the Outer Banks, NC for the past 20 years with much of it in Delaware. This home rates way up there! It is clean, spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. It's location is excellent since it is close to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. I would definitely rent again next time we are planning to stay in the area.

Fall 2023

My wife and I booked a last minute trip in October 2023. We booked the evening before we were to check in and had all the instructions by the time we arrived. Since there was only two of us we never used the upstairs or downstairs. Having a washer and dryer in house is always a plus. It was a very quiet area and there was space out back that we were able to take our dog out to play. There would be plenty of space in this house for a group of six or eight people.

Beach was nice

Lewes, Delaware, is very nice, the beach is very clean, with clean bathrooms with showers, and a snack stand. The house needs some attention. There was a wasp nest hanging from the garage when we pulled up, the bushes were in need of much trimming, and when we opened the front door we were greeted with a ceiling fan missing the globe, with a bare light bulb. The kitchen must have had a leak, and plaster was hanging down. The bathroom toilet upstairs ran every 15 seconds, contacted the owner, his reply was that he was aware of it. No internet. Broken blind in master bedroom. The trash can and recycle can in the garage were completely full!!! Stains in rug in a upstairs bathroom. Could go on. Very disappointed.

Great house

It is located in a nice neighborhood with neighbors that were friendly. It was close to everything we wanted; outlets, Rehoboth, and Cape Henlopen. Downtown Lewes is quaint but we didn’t it make it this trip. The house was very clean and spacious.

Wonderful home!

This was a delightful home. Very spacious-perfect for two families as the upstairs had its own sitting room which provided privacy for all and great space to get away. We did not even use the basement which was also a wonderful get away space. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very easy to work with. He was very accommodating and provided little extras like paper towels and hand soap in the bathrooms. It was great not having to take linens. I would definitely rent here again!

First try at a "HomeAway" and could not be happier with the home, location and owner.

This home met all our needs; plenty of space, clean and comfortable, owner very caring, even the neighbors very helpful on where to eat, etc. Highly recommend this type of family vacation and definitely this home! Great access to beaches, Golf, boating, restaurants and shopping for the ladies. Bring your beach chair and umbrella! Thank you Jacob - will see you again in the future. Bob and Family

Close to everything.

This house is fantastic. It is centrally located to everything. I would definitely rent it again.

JSpaçious, clean

This large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is ideal for empty nesters getting together with adult children who appreciate their own space! It was conveniently close to beaches, Cape Henalope, restaurants, shopping .... everything! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and close to everything! It was a delightful get together enhanced by this property! We had a celebration at the Dogfish Brewery which was excellent! We were extremely impressed with the food, beer and wine and exceptional service!

Nice rental

Our family had a great time in this large Lewes house. The location is close to the beaches. Lots of great restaurants are near by.

Spacious beach rental, great location!

Our family enjoyed a great week in this beautiful, spacious Lewes home! We had 4 adults, 2 kids, plus one dog and plenty of room to spare! Located centrally- it was an easy drive to Cape Henlopen beach or to the ride and park to Rehoboth boardwalk...plus many great restaurants nearby! Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Townhome

This townhome is beautiful and met all of our needs. The location is great as well ~ close to Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth. The home is clean and comfortable and accepts pets. The owner is very nice to deal with. The community is quiet, well-kept and has a swimming pool. We look forward to returning next year . . . and the next.

Clean home

House was neat and clean. Close to beaches, shops, outlet stores, etc. Would love to come again and bring our lab mix!

I have been coming to Lewes frequently for over 14 years now and finally purchased this property because I love the area so much. I have traveled extensively and have never found an area quite like it. It has all of the beauty that nature can offer from the large beaches to the state parks or simply the woods behind my house. At the same time, the area has all of the conveniences of home whether you need to run to the bank or grocery store. Few places can you find such unique bars, restaurants, and boutique shops while also enjoying large-scale tax free outlet shopping. Each trip I take here is different - sometimes I never leave the house and have mimosas on the deck until walking to the pool. Other times I'm out all night letting loose and still other times I spend the entire weekend out-doors enjoying the beaches, trails, and local history. The area is extremely kid friendly with board-walk arcades, candy, bumper cars, water parks, go-carts, and more all within 5 miles. There is truly something for everyone here!
