The flat "Dune IV 724" in Świnoujście is an elegant flat in an exclusive apartment building built in 2018. The location of the flat is also unique: it is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade (approx. 500 m) and next to a park with a well-equipped playground for children. Thanks to the surrounding greenery, it offers not only peace and quiet, but also a beautiful view from the window and proximity to soothing nature, which provides respite from the stress of everyday life.
