Ρίξτε μια τέλεια διακοπές στην παρθένα διώροφο σπίτι στυλ αγροικία μας. Υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δύο πλήρη μπάνια. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον μεγάλο σαλόνι, ένα μεγάλο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο φάτε-στη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία με συρόμενες πόρτες που οδηγούν σε ένα πλήρες κατάστρωμα, τηλεόραση / οικογενειακό δωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο με ντους και χώρο πλυντηρίου με ένα μεγάλο πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο. Τα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα μεγάλο πλήρες λουτρό βρίσκονται στον πάνω όροφο.

Το σπίτι είναι καθαρό, φωτεινά και ευάερα με μεγάλα δωμάτια, πολλά παράθυρα και ελκυστική και άνετη επίπλωση.

Το ακίνητο αποτελείται από μια επίπεδη μισό στρέμμα όμορφα διαμορφωμένο γκαζόν που περιέχει ένα πολύ μεγάλο σχήματος L σε έδαφος πισίνα. Η πισίνα έχει ένα μεγάλο ρηχό περιοχή με πλατιά σκαλοπάτια και ένα ενσωματωμένο στο κάθισμα ράφι. Το βαθύ άκρο έχει μια διαφάνεια νερού που είναι διασκεδαστική για όλους.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από Peconic Bay στην Ανατολική Marion, στο κάτω μέρος της έναν ήσυχο δρόμο σε σχήμα πετάλου με πολύ λίγη κίνηση. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική - μόλις δύο μίλια από την πόλη του Greenport και όλα τα εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και αξιοθέατα και μια σύντομη διαδρομή 10 λεπτών στο γραφικό χωριό Orient, Orient Beach State Park και στο Orient-New London Ferry.

Η άμεση γειτονιά προσφέρει υπέροχες ψυχαγωγικές δραστηριότητες, όλα εύκολα προσβάσιμα από το σπίτι. Το νησί End Golf και Country Club, με γήπεδο οδήγησης και όμορφο γήπεδο γκολφ ανοιχτό στο κοινό, είναι διαγώνια στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε μια ιδιωτική παραλία με άμμο στον κόλπο, 500 μέτρα από την μπροστινή πόρτα, αν μπορείτε να φέρετε τον εαυτό σας να απομακρυνθεί από την χαλάρωση γύρω από την πισίνα πίσω αυλή.

Η περιοχή είναι ιδανική για ποδηλασία και τρέξιμο, με μεγάλους δρόμους και μικρή κίνηση. Φέρτε το καγιάκ σας και βγείτε από την παραλία της γειτονιάς.

Για τους ενήλικες, το σπίτι και ο χώρος είναι ένα καταφύγιο χαλάρωσης και ιδιωτικότητας. Perfect....

A lovely location by Peconic Bay is a beautiful part of Long Island... the North Fork. The home is a comfortable, clean, relaxing country home, perfect for a family vacation. The grounds and pool are spectacular. I hope to return some day....

Wonderful in full

Absolutely lovely stay! Adrienne is incredibly helpful and prompt. The house is wonderful (tons of amenities), the pool is amazing, the neighborhood is great. Short walk to a nice small sandy beach, short drive to Truman Beach (great for rock hunting) as well as to Greenport (which is picturesque and perfect for dinner out). Our family an amazing time overall and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Summer Getaway!

It's rare that a rental house exceeds expectation, but this one really did! The yard was spectacular and we enjoyed the pool and the corn hole game immensely! The house was roomy and very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the deck with grill was perfect. The short walk to the bay beach was an added bonus. Adrienne was a wonderful host & very kind about sending me back my ipad which I left at the house. We are New Yorkers who now live in FL and it was wonderful to have friends and family visit us there. We stayed for 2 weeks and I wished we could stay longer!

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood

This is a beautiful home that’s well maintained and located in a great area. The property owner, Adrienne, is very helpful and will definitely go out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. The village of Greenport is located minutes away and has lots of restaurants and shops. There’s a carousel at Mitchell park that kids will enjoy. The location of the home is minutes away from several beaches and vineyards as well as farms. It’s also about 30 minutes away from the LI aquarium. It’s close to the ferry to shelter island and the ferry to Connecticut as well. We absolutely enjoyed visiting this area and will definitely be back.

Memorial weekend perfection

I had more than one reason to be out on the north fork this weekend, the main one being to participate in a triathlon. The house had lots of room to accommodate myself, all my sports stuff, my friends and be close enough to the race. The added luxury of the peace & quiet staying here was just amazing. We had a nostalgic trip around the area, lovely to be staying in such a beautiful home. We will be back!

Gorgeous cottage with beautiful backyard

The House by the Bay was just what we needed for our week away in the North Fork with grandparents, parents and two young children. The house is well appointed with linen, laundry and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed eating lunch on the patio and everyone had a great time in the very large pool. The house is also across the road from a small public beach with our children enjoyed as well as our two dogs. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Beautiful Home!

I rented this home for a bachelorette wine tour weekend and it was perfect! All of the girls (6 of us) absolutely loved the house and Adrienne was an amazing host. Perfect North Fork Location in a Charming, Comfortable Home

We stayed in Adrienne's home last weekend and it was absolutely lovely. There were two couples, one small dog and my six year old daughter. The house itself if spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The yard is huge and filled with native plants and trees-- and a very well maintained in-ground pool! Relax on the chaise lounges or float around on a giant golden goose. My daughter had a blast going down the slide and jumping off rocks that act as a diving platform. There are several areas for outdoor dining and the grill is clean and ready for use. The home was well stocked, including the kitchen. There was a Keurig machine with coffee pods which was a great surprise since we got there at 11:30pm and forgot to pick anything up for the morning. The bedrooms are all nicely sized, as are the rest of the rooms. The bed in the Master room was incredibly comfy! The other couple said the same about their room. There were three TV's and a stereo but we were outdoors more of the time so we didn't use them much. Having WiFi that's actually fast was a huge bonus! though There are also tons of interesting books and CD's to check out along with yard games and a child's bike in the shed. There's nothing that I could've thought of that wasn't there. Greenport is a few minutes drive away but the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood so you get all of the benefits of seclusion with the ability to be in town within 5 minutes. There's also a small strip of beach about a block away where you can hunt for shells and watch the shore birds. We were lucky enough to catch the Osprey hanging out and fishing! Adrienne is very responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I will absolutely be back again and highly recommend anyone looking to stay at this home. Simply amazing experience

My post is somewhat different in that I did not have the opportunity to stay at this clearly beautiful home. However, I am posting since I want to review my experiences dealing with the host. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel my reservation. My dealings with Adrienne, the host, were absolutely incredible. From the time I booked it to the time I had to cancel she was nothing but gracious through and through. She makes herself very available and is fair and honest. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be booking and staying here in the future. She has really taught me some important lessons and I don't even know her personally! Judging by the other reviews, a stay here is magical. Can't wait to stay one day...

Wonderful oasis in East Marion

My parents came to visit from abroad to visit for a few weeks. I was looking for a place we could just relax and enjoy our time together with minimal stress, planning, etc. I was lucky enough to come across the house in East Marion. It was exactly what I was looking for. The home is beautiful. The appointments, details, cleanliness and overall comfort of the house made us feel at home. Being from Brooklyn, having such an expansive yard and a gorgeous pool is non-existent. This was nirvana for my 3.5 year old son. The pool is just amazing. It is huge, very well maintained and was built to work with the geography of the property. Additionally, there is a small private beach about a 2-minute walk from the house. It is a bay beach. It is perfect for a family with small children who want to sit on a beach and swim with their children without worrying about tides, waves, etc. Not only is the house and property amazing, the town is very quaint, beautiful and full of great restaurants, galleries, etc. Town is a quick drive from the house. Around East Marion, there are some wonderful wineries to tour. My contact and owner of the property, Adrienne, is just a delightful person. She was so nice, so helpful and just a pleasure to interact with. In short, I now have a wonderful "go to" vacation spot when I want to get away with my family. What a wonderful vacation.

Great vacation

This house was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable to stay. The pool and grounds are fantastic! Definitely will make this a place to visit again and again. The owners are terrific and incredibly accommodating. All around fabulous time!

Great Rental Property -- Private and Spacious

We rented this house for the weekend of our son's wedding and it perfectly suited the bill. The three bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and the layout is perfect for everyone to have their own privacy. The property is spacious and there's a lovely deck. It's a great property for entertaining for just hanging out - steps from a small but lovely beach. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a private getaway with two water options, close to fabulous restaurants and the beautiful Orient State Park.

Lovely house and beautiful grounds.

Roomy house in an area that is quiet yet close to lots of restaurants, wineries, beaches and shopping. The owner quick to respond to any questions. Would be happy to stay again.

Perfect Vacation Home

This property is highly recommended. The house is comfortable with every imaginable amenity. The pool is beautiful and having quick access to the near by beach is a major plus. We rented it in August and had beautiful weather. Hop on the cross island ferry in Orient for day at Foxwoods or stay locally and lunch at a vineyard. Farm stands nearby provide everything you will need to make your stay absolutely delicious! The owner is fabulous to work with and made everything easy for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home, amazing stay!!

I highly recommend this rental - five friends and I rented it in mid-June for a girls getaway. The property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near town and the wineries. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, plates etc, and there are plenty of linens and towels available after a dip in the gorgeous pool!

Terrific weekend on the North Fork

The house was beautiful and perfect for a weekend of relaxation and grilling. One of the best weekend rentals we've seen to date in the North Fork. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house in great location

I rented out this house for Memorial Day weekend with 3 other people and it was great. I think the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. The bakcyard is beautiful and the pool was a ton of fun (I must have went down the slide into the pool about 100 times). The house is located on a pretty, quiet street about 8 minutes from the town of Greenport, so it was always easy to hop into town. The other parts of the house are very comfortable as well- nice deck, big living room for hanging out, and a big kitchen where everyone can congregate. There is also a ton to do in the area. As said, Greenport is a great town for eating or just spending the day walking around. The Shelter Island ferry is very close. We rented bikes and biked to Orient State park on the tip of the island. Also, for fans of the HBO show girls, there is an episode where the group went to the North Fork for a weekend and rented out a house. I went on a morning jog and ran past the house featured in the show (and then went online after returning from the run and confirmed that it was indeed the house as that was unexpected). Overall a fantastic stay.

Great Family get away

We went away with my 2 month old, 2 year old and my parents. The house was a perfect fit. It's clean and well stocked with movies and games. The layout was great for our family and I am sure would be for others, too. The owner was very responsive before, during and after our trip. The house's location is wonderful, in the middle of two great towns to explore and a wonderful farm-stand at the end of the road. We'd go back!!

Cozy and comfortable

Six of us (four over 70, two early 40s) found this home to be charming, very comfortable and thoroughly clean. It was near enough to Greenport for shopping and dining out (Claudio's, a classic seafood restaurant). We also did a bit of cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The owner was very helpful, providing excellent instructions and suggestions. We explored the North Fork, did a wine tasting and visited The Old House in Cutchogue (1649!). Would have loved staying longer if time had allowed.

Amazing Getaway

This vacation spot was fantastic. The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The pool area was absolutely incredible!!! Our experience was also made terrific as a result of the host's help in describing the area and making lists of all the local attractions. Overall, this was a great vacation. We hope to return next year.

My husband and I bought our house in East Marion in 1992 when our two daughters were very young. We have always loved coming out to our East Marion house where we can relax, enjoy the area, the beach, the pool and the delicious regional foods. The tranquil, sun-filled days and the dark, starry nights make us feel like we've traveled to a foreign land. For many years, we used the house only for ourselves and we still spend our own summer vacation in East Marion. However, our current situation does not allow us to enjoy the property as often as we'd like so we've been renting the house to varying degrees for the last ten years, mostly to return renters who have enjoyed the house as much as we do and come back year after year. We present the house as we would want to find a vacation home - pristinely clean, welcoming and with all the comforts of your year round home. We love hearing compliments and praises from our renters and we especially love having renters return the following year.

We fell in love with our East Marion property as soon as we saw it. We loved the location, on a quiet horseshoe road, close to the bay. The house is spacious and the rooms are all very good sized and airy. We loved the deck and the barn. Then we bought the lot behind us, put in the pool and everything was perfect.

The property is in close proximity to the beach, vinyards, farmstands and all North Fork destinations. The house has large, bright rooms with comfortable flow and furnishings. It feels like home away from home. The 1/2 acre is flat, fenced and beautifully landscaped, perfect for adults, kids and pets. The house is fully stocked: cookware and kitchen supplies, books, CDs, games, toiletries and all linens. The property is on a quiet street, across from the Bay and close to the shops and restaurants in Greenport.
In summer, the oversized pool with its large shallow end, curved slide into the deep end and surrounding patio is fun for everyone and great for relaxing.
