Γνωρίζουμε πόσο σημαντική είναι η τοποθεσία για να αποκομίσετε το καλύτερο από τις διακοπές σας, γι 'αυτό γνωρίζουμε ότι θα απολαύσετε τη διαμονή σας μαζί μας στο Le Bouchet και διαθέτουμε μόνο δύο gites, το καθένα με τις δικές του ιδιωτικές διαμορφωμένες περιοχές για να βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε ειρηνική και χαλαρωτικό χρόνο όσο το δυνατόν.
Le Bouchet βρίσκεται στην ήσυχη, όμορφη δασώδη τοπίο της περιοχής Touraine στην κοιλάδα του Λίγηρα ακόμη μόλις πέντε λεπτά από τον Descartes με καταστήματα, μπαρ, εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ και καλά μέσα στις δυνατότητές του μεγάλου chateaux Loire και αμπελώνες. Η περιοχή είναι ένα πλούσιο καταφύγιο για την άγρια ζωή, με τα κόκκινα ελάφια και αγριογούρουνα περιαγωγής γύρω και γερακίνες φωνάζει επειδή κύκλο πάνω από το κεφάλι? Οι ερωδιοί και πολλά διαφορετικά είδη άγριων πτηνών συχνά μέσα και γύρω από την τοπική λίμνη.
Έχουμε προσπαθήσει να επεκτείνουν αυτό το περιβάλλον στους κήπους στο Le Bouchet που είναι σε μεγάλο βαθμό διαμορφωμένο και φύτεψε για να προσελκύσουν την άγρια ζωή, ενώ ταυτόχρονα σας προσφέρουν τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεστε για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της μεγάλη θερμαινόμενη πισίνα με δική του βεράντα και ξαπλώστρες, χώρο για πικ-νικ με θέα στην πισίνα, έτσι ώστε ένα άγρυπνο μάτι μπορεί να διατηρηθεί για τους νέους και χώρο παιχνιδιού με κούνια, τσουλήθρα, αναρρίχηση και τους στόχους για ένα παιχνίδι του ποδοσφαίρου.
Οι δύο Gites μας έχουν ανακαινιστεί σε ένα πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο παρέχοντας όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις που χρειάζεστε για να αξιοποιήσετε στο έπακρο από τις διακοπές σας.
Αυτό gite, La Laiterie έχει αναπαλαιωθεί από ό, τι ήταν τα παλιά υπόστεγα αγελάδα και πολλά από τα αυθεντικά δοκάρια και έχουν χαρακτηριστικά έχουν διατηρηθεί για να παρέχει άνετα, ευρύχωρα καταλύματα, που περιλαμβάνει:

Lovely holiday

Our stay in a laiterie was excellent. The gite was very well equipped with all we needed and more! Lots of thought had gone into what you might need on holiday. There was plenty of room for 3 generations without feeling on top of each other. It was also immaculate both inside and out. The gardens and pool were lovely to relax in. It was peaceful, yet not far to the nearest town. We had a great stay and all talked about coming back.

Gite très agréable pour une semaine entre amis

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au gîte La Laiterie. Le jardin et les espaces extérieurs sont superbes. Le gite est très bien équipé et la climatisation dans les chambres à l'étage est appréciable quand il fait chaud. C'etait un endroit idéal pour se retrouver entre amis, y compris avec de jeunes enfants.

Magnifique

Une propriété spacieuse, au calme, qui se suffit à elle-même, tout en offrant plein de possibilités à l'extérieur. Pour notre part, la piscine, l'espace vert et le barbecue faisaient notre bonheur. Beautiful gite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Four wonderfully large bedrooms, comfy beds, beautifully clean and well equipped, there was nothing else we could have needed or wished for; we were only sorry we could only have 6 nights there.

Une belle propriete au calme!

Outstanding property

The quality of this property cannot be argued. Spotlessly clean, excellent location with fantastic facilities and gardens. Easy access to local town with large supermarket. Pool great, kitchen excellent and bedrooms comfortable. Air conditioning could have been better but didn't detract from the enjoyment of the holiday. The hosts could have been a little more friendly but we didn't hire the house for their company (just a point for them to consider for the future). Would highly recommend this property for large families.

Very nice stay!

The house has everything you may need to have a great time... you and your kids... It's located in a quiet and peaceful zone in the outskirts of the village of Descartes, close enough of a pair of supermarkets and far enough to be in the middle of the countryside. The owners are a very kind couple, and they do their best to make you feel comfortable. Descartes is conveniently situated to visit really interesting places (Tours, Poitiers, some of the castles of the Loira) within an one-hour drive, and there are also beautiful spots around the village. In brief, the week seemed too brief to all of us... I think that's the best sign of how satisfied we are with our stay.

Wonderful stay!

Nice home in a gorgeous French countryside setting. Perfect for kids, with lots of space, quiet and peaceful, a nicely kept swimming pool, BBQ, and other amenities. Very nice owners who live on the property. Fairly central location to the Loire valley although it's a 45+ min drive to actually get into the region where many of the wineries are. It was a worthwhile tradeoff given the amount of space and a great value.

Très beau séjour dans un gîte parfaitement rénové. Endroit idéal en pleine campagne pour famille avec enfants. Le gîte est bien assez grand pour 10 personnes. Rénové avec beaucoup de goût, il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour un séjour idéal et les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Gite parfait!

Superbe gîte

Un gîte très bien aménagé on ne manque de rien et si besoin nous pouvons compter sur Susan et Trevor!!! Chaise bébé, lit bébé ou autre La piscine a été très appréciée car nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un week end très ensoleillée!!!! De l'espace pour les petits et les grands - Endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille dans un écrin de verdure - Bravo aux propriétaires!!!

très calme et belle prestation, bien équipée

Gîte bien agencé pour grande famille ou groupe. La cuisine est très bien équipée, même pour une douzaine de personne. Les chambres sont préparées comme dans un hôtel ( pas le souci de se charger de la literie). Deux salles de bain très fonctionnelles (serviettes fournies !). Le jardin permet de se reposer sur les nombreux bains de soleil, et la grande pergola abrite du soleil lors des repas. La grande piscine permet de passer de bon moment avec les petits enfants et les grands. Bravo pour cette prestation de qualité.

Une séjour très agréable

La gite a repondu entiérement à nos attentes. A proximité de Descartes et Abilly. Les propriétaires Trevor et Sue sont très gentils et chaleureux. Les châteaux de Loire les plus célèbres sont à proximité. La maison est équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour - de A à Z. Merci beaucoup :)

Fantastic Family Vacation

We spent an increadible week at La Laiterie. It was exactly as advertised - if anything the pictures don't do the place full justice. We were warmly greeted by Trevor and Susan, who showed us around the property. We were ten people (two families of four and two grandparents). The location was close to historic towns, Futuroscope, but more importantly was a great place to relax (inside, in the private back yard, or at the pool) and spend time with each other. The place was spotless, roomy and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend it and would visit again.

Excellent!

Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions chez nous à la Laiterie. En amont, le réglage des quelques questions logistiques avec Susan, notamment pour le matériel nécessaires pour les bébés / enfants. Sur place, des propriétaires accueillants et également discrets, un équipement complet, un jardin privatif vraiment agréable, et une piscine très bien conçue, pour le bonheur de tous. Et très propre! Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et avons vraiment pu déconnecter et profiter ensemble du calme de cette belle maison et des premiers rayons de soleil persistants! La méteo nous a été favorable. Je recommande donc vivement ce gîte.

Avant tout : service irréprochable de Susan et Trevor qui nous ont aidé à préparer en toute tranquillité notre séjour de 7 adultes et 2 enfants, venant de deux endroits opposés en France. Accueil chaleureux, gîte joliment décoré, propreté irréprochable, bien agencé (coin "famille" regroupant lieu de vie et cuisine et bien séparé du coin "sommeil"), jardin décoré, piscine (même sous la pluie!), salon de jardin, tout y est! En plus de très beaux endroits à découvrir aux alentours, tout y est! Je recommande donc sans hésiter.

Fantastic relaxing and quiet time at La Laiterie

We are a family with seven children and have been enjoying two wonderful weeks in the Loire valley. We visted many castles along the river, discovered the small historic villages with there markets nearby and did different sports activities. The locations was very carefully renovated and had some details which showed that Sue and Trevor really care for their guests. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is perfectly staffed and the whole place offers a lot of room even for a rainy day. The kids went feeding the chicken and goats with Sue and even found some eggs. The garden was wonderfully prepared and the flowers exceptional. We are sure we will come to this superb place.

fantastic, comfortable gite

We had a super week - the gite was beautifully maintained, comfortable, spacious, all you could wish for and ideal for 2 families together. The garden and swimming pool (perfectly heated) were lovely and having the owners opposite for a quick word of advice on chateaus made it a very relaxing, easy holiday. I would highly recommend it.

A little bit of perfectness

This is a spacious and very well equipped gite with attention to detail being second to none. From the moment we stepped inside we knew that we were going to have a relaxing holiday. Susan and Trevor could not have done more for us and were fantastic hosts.Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear to see a lot of thought had been put into the guests requirements from the abundance of stuff in "the glory hole" that might just be needed (and was!!). The gite was clean, bright and homely with more than enough room not to get under each others feet. The gardens were truly beautiful with well established planting making the grounds feel very private. The pool area was also lovely with plenty of inflatable fun provided along with sunbeds for those who just wanted to read and catch the rays. I have recommended La Bouchet gites to so many people now that I think Sue and Trev are are in for a busy year-and I really hope they are! Tracy Baxter-Melton Mowbray-Leicestershire.

Peaceful location, yet close to Loire attractions.

Fantastic location, peaceful yet only a walk to the boulangerie and amenities of Descartes. There are plenty of chateaux within driving distance and we could have easily found things to do for a 2-week stay! The property is very clean and well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked, the lounge area is comfy with proper sofas and it has a private garden.

Fantastic House, Fantastic Holiday!

We spent the most amazing fortnight in this beautiful house. This is the best holiday home in France that we have ever stayed in. The home, and gardens, have been beautifully finished by the current owners and are equipped to a very high standard. The beds are extremly comfortable and the showers superb! The pool was a massive hit with all five children (and four adults!) I can honestly say there was nothing we would want to change. At Le Bouchet, you really feel like you are staying in the middle of nowhere. Sitting in the garden, looking at the stars and listening to the frog chorus and grasshoppers is such an amazing way to relax. However, Descartes, the local town, is less that five minutes drive away and has everything you might need (including three supermarkets). In this part of France there are old towns, chateaux, lakes, forests, canoes, bicycles to hire, animals parks and a fabulous theme park (Futuroscope). They are all easily accesible on largely empty roads with beautiful fields all around. Trevor and Sue are very good hosts. They were on hand whenever we needed help and advice. They made it easy for our party, of non-fluent French speakers, to have a superb holiday. Our children enjoyed meeting their goats, dogs and chickens, and on one occasion a praying mantis! I can't recommend this house highly enough.

Summer 2010

We stay here last year, we are an english speaking family. It was an amazing break, even though all works were not completed when we are there i would still recommend this to others, the family were really nice and helpful, they helped us find our way around, showed us where the markets and thing were. it was a nice, quiet, relaxing break. Highly recommend it. We are definitely going to return.

Life in the UK was all pretty normal for us - I was a project manager with Xerox, Sue was a supply teacher at local schools and our two girls were happy at the local village school when the reality of redundancy reared its ugly head for me. After trying to start my own business, without success, Sue and I realised we needed a new challenge and after much thought I had the idea of moving to the Loire Valley in France and running gites, so here we are!

Close to Descartes, we realised that it was a great location as it was in the Loire Valley and on the border with the Vienne, making it an ideal location for holidays, having easy access to the major Loire Chateaux, the Futuroscope theme park and the Brenne National Park.

The gites location makes it perfect for seeing lots of the Loire chateaux but there are also lots of other things to see and do further south, locally and in the Vienne.
