Great get away

It was clean, and a great family place to stay. We had plenty of room for 5 of us. The kids loved having the pool and club house so close by.

Great location/out dates photos

Location was central and easy access. Great pool. Only downfall was a new small hard sofa. Needs more comfortable seating in the condo.

short getaway

1st extended visit to St George. Amazing region, an ever expanding place, it certainly has blown up recently. Needed easy access to foothills, hiking and mountain biking. Many great restaurants now, too! Great location. Great spot.

Convenient with beautiful view

Place needs a deep cleaning, new mattresses, couches, and shower curtains. However it was very convenient and had a beautiful view.

Sunnier St. George!

We had a great stay with my family and another extended family! Kids had a great time with their cousins! We got to do lots of fun activities from kayaks & paddle boards at Sand Hollow State Park, Biking & Hiking on nearby trails, and even ventured up to Pine Valley for a campfire dinner! The stay was great to be able to cook most of our meals there or prep for on the go! Kids all had beds and we managed with 2 bathrooms. We love Las Palmas and have been staying there for family gatherings for 20 years!

Presidents Day Weekend

Started off rough as we were not able to enter the condo at the time we requested due to a wrong door code. It was resolved an hour later. The local guest representative was very nice to work with. The condo itself was good, a little outdated but good. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location/great views - needs some TLC

Nice floor plan, we found that we needed to buy glasses, forks, spoons, shower head, rugs and placemats in order to make it home for the month we were there. Sliding back door needs work - difficult to open. Shower curtain is old, dirty and needs to be retired. Faucet in kitchen leaks, faucet in master bath difficult to turn on/off. Couches are old - need to be replaced.

Bad condition

The Vrbo pictures did not show how several problems were at this location. Blinds falling down, vertical slats falling out. Venetian blinds wouldn’t raise or turn open. Overall cleanliness by owner was terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!!!!

The property itself was very nice and convenient for us. Views were beautiful and the location was very convenient. We were pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. Bathrooms were very grungy. (Grout in shower and caulking desperately needed attention), Towel bar fell off the wall, mattress didn’t even have a mattress cover and was really stained. The walls were dirty, kitchen needed a good cleaning, including trashcan. Floor trim was popping up also. It was apparent that someone tried to do a very quick remodel, and did it the cheapest quickest way they possibly could. I don’t understand how hard it is to do a deep cleaning at least once a month.

Nice Location

Some issues for sure entry is pretty harrowing. If you try not to wake anyone early or late at night that is shot because closing doors isn’t quiet because of expansion and/or de-expansion. Master closet doors were a nightmare. But the piece de resistance was the ill working to completely inadequate AC. I guess if you know you’ll be there when it snows it’ll be alright, but summer no way! Even the scenery and family reunion couldn’t salvage the sweltering experience we had staying here. After the unpleasantness of our stay what really pissed me off was we forgot something at condo and as we approached the cleaning crew was there griping about condition of condo, you know the one with the janky doors and crap AC. We went above and beyond with tidying up while my wife was crippled with a migraine because of the insanely hot conditions inside the condo, oh wait I paid a cleaning fee and an additional amount for protection against any minor damages or extra cleaning needed. I get we weren’t meant to hear their complaints, but I am glad we did because it solidified what I had already surmised these people were clueless!

To whom it may concern. I usually am not the type to complain ever. But however the experience I had staying at your rental has me very upset. We get the rental and some of the prices of flooring are broken. Ok no big deal. Next thing there is no paper towels or cleaning stuff to clean up after ourselves. Great thing I always pack disinfectant wipes. And had to go buy paper towels for our stay. Next thing we come back to the rental from a long day out and the code I was giving to get in and out of the place is deactivated come to find out later. So we are sitting outside of the rental for over a hour with no help. I attempted to contact my host person who is Nicholas and never got any response. I went to the club house in hopes we could get some help but they told me there was nothing they could do. So I called the police. They tried contacting everyone and they weren’t successful. They told me to contact a locksmith. So I did. But it wasn’t until after a hour and half and almost midnight with tired teenagers that had been playing softball all day and wanted to just get a shower and go to bed because we had to be up at 6:30 am to go do it again. That we finally received a call from the police dispatcher saying someone was coming to help us. I kindly asked if they could have them call me cause I already called. Locksmith to come and they were 20 minutes away. So finally I received a call from the cleaning lady who tells me that my code must have gotten deactivated and to use h

Pros/Cons

I always want to find the positives, so I tried really hard to find the pros every time I found a con. Furniture: Pro: looks like the picture Con: The couches are the worst things you have ever sat on. Patio: Pro: Beautiful view Con: the patio furniture is nothing like the picture, not even close Beds: Pro: sheets weren’t too bad Con: very old beds, uncomfortable Bathrooms: Con: There are glass mirrors the entire length and sides of shower. You have to stare at yourself in the shower Pro: The mirrors fog up fairly quickly so I didn’t have to look at myself naked the whole time. Toilet plunger: Pro: the toilet plunger in the master bathroom works good Con: toilet plunger in hallway bathroom does not do the job. We found out the hard way. Flooring: Pro: looks really nice in picture Con: all the edges are falling off and are a trip hazard Appliances: Pro: most are new and not too bad Con: the dishwasher is falling out of its spot, and if you aren’t careful when you are unloading the dishwasher, the whole bottom rack will roll right off Kitchen items: Pro: a really nice keurig coffee maker. Don’t drink coffee but it looked nice Con: missing a lot of necessities in the kitchen. TV: Pro: awesome Roku TV’s in all rooms Con: My dad wanted cable 😁 Neighbor: Pro: mostly nice people all over Con: strange lurking man who seemed to live in one of the garages 🤔 who knew way to much about our condo and knew the owner. He creaped us out. PickleballTennis: Pro: could get a court pretty easily Con: needs a full floor makeover, cracking all over Pool: Pro: The one pool was open, seemed nice Con: the other pool was closed. So the other pool was over crowded. Would I stay again? Probably not. The area was nice but this place is managed poorly and was super run down.

Good place

nice location , we were here a few days. The condo unit was quiet, and the location was good. Fairly close to a lot of hiking and other outdoor activities. The place was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There is a nice road off the patio to walk the dog. The televisions and WiFi worked perfectly for us. we didn't use any of the club house amenities but they looked nice.

Clean condo with great amenities

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a pretty view. We enjoyed playing at the club house with the kids, pickleball, ping pong & racquetball to name a few.

Some Flaws

The tv's had problems. The one in the living room got only Netflix. The property manager got the other two going. Lightbulbs were burned out. The long checkout list made me wonder what the cleaners did. The place was sparcely furhished. The patio door was very hard to open. The manager was surprised at the difficulty opening it He was helpful and solved some issues very quickly. The place was ok, but it had issues. Oh and, they had given us an incorrect internet name and password.

Great location

Overall a great place to stay! Love the location and great mountain/sunrise views! The internet was a little slow to do conference calls for work. We appreciated having 2 queen beds in second bedroom.

Comfortable Stay!

This condo was the perfect place for us to stay while we moved our college son into Utah Tech. It is close to the campus, and a great location in the city of St. George. The facilities had plenty to do from mini golf, to swimming, to racquetball! My children loved this location.

Ideale locatie

Mooi Appartement met genoeg binnenruimte en buiten ruimte. Nette keuken (Bestek ed was weinig aanwezig) mooie slaapkamers en badkamers. Zwembad voor volwassenen en een voor kinderen...ideaal. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar maar ik hoop dan wel dat de troep van de vorige huurders opgeruimd is. ...had een beetje het idee dat er tussendoor alleen opnieuw de bedden zijn opgemaakt.
