The apartment is located in Paradise Gardens 4, the award winning complex in 2007 for the best tourist residence in Cyprus. The tenants are provided with fast free WiFi and cable TV with 512 channels. Broadcasting is conducted practically in all the languages of the world. This housing is one of the few options, that are offered for rent, with solar panels which means that the water heating comes from the solar energy, as well as this, it is worth noting and also this apartment is one of the few options which has special pumps, which keeps normal water pressure. The renter provides guests with all necessary hygiene products - shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel.The apartment is fully equipped for receiving guests with infants - seat for feeding, child seat for the toilet, stand for the sink and plastic toys for leisure activities at the pool or beach. On the beautiful balcony, guests are provided with barbecue stand, where you can cook meat or fish on coal while enjoying the fresh air. Upon request, guests can be provided with bicycles. Spare bed linen set, towels, beach towels are always in stock. Conditioning units are located in each room. For extra heating in winter, the apartment has an economical heater. The living room contains a sofa with orthopedic mattress, where two people can sleep. Since mattresses in folding sofas are thin, stored in the pantry are extra mattress for the sofa, in order to be able to sleep on the it as comfortably as on the bed. The kitchen is practically equipped with all types of auxiliary equipment: hob, oven, microwave,electrical kettle, juicer, blender, smoothie maker, coffee-machine for making European coffee as well as Cypriot and Turkish coffee and toaster. On all the windows there are outdoor blinds, mosquito nets and special black out blinds, which provide with total blackout of the room for the good rest. The renter also provides an iron, iron board, safe for keeping documents and jewelry protected, special anti mosquito lamp, which is very important for guests with small children. For guests with babies, the renter can provide a special baby bed made in France and from environmentally friendly wood.For longer stays of more than 10 days, we clean the room for free and replace the bedding every 10 days. Guests will have for the electricity consumption Euro 0.30 per kWt hour. Short terms rent water consumption and use of WIfi are free. Long terms rent water consumption Euro 0.90 per cubic meter.
