Stroll down the Pine River on the South Pier to the majestic lighthouse at the end of the pier. No sunset is more beautiful or romantic than the ones in Charlevoix on Lake Michigan.

Enjoy lunch or dinner at the Weathervane restaurant where the draw bridge creates a beautiful back drop.

Sail on the the Sunshine Tour boat, take the Beaver Island Ferry to Beaver Island or better yet rent your own boat at the Ward Brother Marine next door. Visit the Historic Castle Farms gardens. Pick your own berries at Kitely Farms or cherries at Friske's Farms. Don't miss the Venetian Festival and Apple Fest always a huge attractions.

Charming Charlevoix Condo

We couldn’t ask for a better location! Just steps to downtown, restaurants and the water. We enjoy the pool on the premises too. Mary was excellent to work with. Very well equipped and clean condo! Was just perfect for our little getaway to Charlevoix. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was lovely. It was very nicely decorated, very clean and everything was in working order. We appreciated how close it was to downtown. We were able to walk to dinners etc. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Great Location!

We absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect, you can walk downtown and to many restaurants. We visited 3 beaches which were all a short drive. One day we rented a boat and got to see the water which was beautiful! The bunk room is awesome for kids. The condo is updated very nicely and has everything you could need! The only downfall was the pool wasn't open yet because of Covid but I can imagine that would be another bonus having it! We will for sure be staying here again!

Both my husband and I grew up in Michigan and Charlevoix has been our summer home since 1989. Our children love it here!

Why they chose this property

We have owned this property since 1988 - recently completely renovated. A pearl you just have to see to believe! Our small family of 4 grew up enjoying all that Charlevoix has to offer for years. While this condo is small it's location is central to all that Charlevoix has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Steps to downtown Charlevoix and all of its charm. Easy walking distance to Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix. Bike ride to Petosky. Listen to music at the public bandstand. Theater, grocery store, restaurant, pub, shopping all with in a block.
