This Is Kalkan features Villa Mel (formerly Villa Cole).

We are passionate about LaVanta as we own a property on site.

The open plan living area is light and airy with a double height ceiling and double doors leading onto the private terrace, with an infinity swimming pool. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Master bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite shower. Second and third bedroom are split over 2 floors.

The Space:
3 bedroom property, split over 2 floors with access to a private infinity pool, set within in private gardens on the beautiful LaVanta development just a short drive from Kalkan.

All properties on LaVanta are fully air-conditioned.

Review

We had a very nice comfortable stay. The communal pool and K Bar was also great to have nearby. Hope the entrance road gets properly surfaced soon - was a bit hairy driving up it at times (not your fault!). Many thanks again for all your assistance whilst we stayed.

Perched atop the thickly wooded hillside overlooking Kalkan on Turkey’s exquisite Turquoise Coast, LaVanta is only a short drive from the centre of town and everything it has to offer.

With a mixture of contemporary 1 - 4 bedroom properties, all set within vibrant gardens, it very much has a Country Club community feel to it.
