Entire living area has been remodeled in late 2020 with open floor plan , slate like title throughout, custom maple white cabinets, kitchen island and stools, 3rd sitting room for TV & reading , guest rooms with XL twins, upgraded laundry with full size W & D , larger water heater , all new plumbing and fixtures, all new appliances with all granite & marble surfaces. This unit is very luxuriously furnished with Thomasville 'Hills of Tuscany' King bed, Italian leather sofa's in modern sea foam color and collector water color art editions and a very special dinning room table and fixture . This corner upper unit is steps away from the community pool.

We know you can relax inside and on the lanai at our condo but you will also unwind on the 3-mile private beach at Pelican Bay with its ocean side restaurants and canoe rentals.

All residents of Pelican Bay can gain access to the new Hammock Oak Athletic Center (short walk from the front door of the unit) with all of the latest exercise equipment, tennis courts, yoga and Pilates classes, massage therapists, and personal trainers. There is also a computer room with wireless internet access for members. A short drive to downtown Naples.

Great Experience

My fiancé and I had a great time down here. We were so impressed with everything. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to a grocery store, the beach, a movie theater, and a great Italian restaurant. The condo & the pool were clean and the owner was quick to reply to any questions we had.

Really nicely appointed condo that is very conveniently located , clean and in top condition with an owner who is responsive and professional in every aspect of our stay and relationship.
