4 bedroom/3 bath retreat in Clifftops is perfect for a family or 4 couples. Huge living space with gorgeous stone fireplace, kitchen with new appliances (gas range, dishwasher), large dining area that seats 10 comfortably. Screened porch and gigantic exterior porch with the best view in Clifftops. 2 bedrooms boast king beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is a large sofa in the master that one person can sleep on. Home is professionally decorated with many amenities. Washer and Dryer available for renter use. Access to Clifftops lake and pool are included in rental.

A Perfect Home Base

This is our 4th or 5th time here! Obviously, we love the house and the location. Close to the University of the South as well as plenty of fun hikes and nature walks! The back porch/deck is the absolute best for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a great room with places for the whole family to watch TV. Thank you!

Fall Break 2022

My wife and I enjoyed hosting our adult children and their families for a 3-day Fall Break (maxed out for one of the nights at 8 adults and 4 children). The lodge was beautifully situated on the ridge and elegantly decorated (though not stodgy). The spacious living/dining/kitchen area was great for cooking, dining and entertaining our rather large group. We enjoyed our time together on the large deck and screen porch, daytime and under the stars. On the Clifftops campus, family members hiked to Kirby Smith Point, fished a bit in the lake, played tennis, and played on the playground. Several hiked Buggytop and Fiery Gizzard trails. We enjoyed a dinner at High Point and lunch at Mountain Goat Market. What a great place to stay and to spend time together as a family!

Great Birthday Celebration

I had my entire family at Clifftops. The view was wonderful. The screen porch was perfect for the babies to run around and yet be outside. We loved the swimming pool and hiking. Our house was lovely and had everything we needed!
