Completely renovated with brand new upgrades throughout

This condo lives like a new unit.. New paint, flooring, decor, beds, bedding, pots, pans, appliances all replaced.
The views from this unit are unparalleled, the 4h floor is high enough to give amazing vistas over the gulf and shoreline, but low enough as not to be a problem with those fearful of heights.

Hardwood LVT floors in the living area, and generous windows bathe the living area in light, comfortable seating for the entire crew.

The Balcony is accessed from either the living area or King size master bedroom with luxury en suite bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and coastline view of the ocean, and the 3rd bedroom has a 2 sets of twin bunks and each bedroom has its own bath. For extra sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the den. sleeps 10 with ease.

The pool and amenities at Sterling Breeze are amazing, features a hot tub, pool side seating, hot tub, even a pool side wine bar.. Fitness center is free for your use and parking is a breeze. The condo is located just above the 3rd floor walkover. so check in is a "Breeze".

Sterling Breeze is located a few steps from Pier Park, the State fishing pier and all of the fun that PCB offers.. .

Great Location, Needs a Deep Cleaning

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great - walking distance to many restaurants and Pier Park. We also liked that the condo was on the fourth floor. We never had to wait too long for an elevator to get to the beach or parking garage. Finally, the layout of the condo was nice. Everyone had their own bathroom and shower, which was great when we were all trying to get ready at the same time. Despite these positives, the cleanliness of this property would deter us from staying here again. It had obviously been surface level cleaned before we arrived, but it was apparent that it hadn’t received a deep cleaning in a while. The rug in the living room (that is white in the listing pictures) is now almost black (and felt really gross to walk on). Honestly, there are lots of rugs throughout the property that were all pretty gross. We also found trash underneath the coffee table that would not have been there if the coffee table had been moved off the rug, and the rug had been vacuumed. So, obviously things aren’t getting vacuumed between guests. If this property received a deep cleaning or if you aren’t worried about cleanliness, I would recommend this property based on location and layout.

Senior Spring break

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

Delightful Stay

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We loved the condo. Very tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Love working with Warren Beach rentals. If there are any issues they are quick to respond and fix it. Can't wait for next year.

Great Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. The only negative feedback is the guy who put out the beach chairs. He was late putting them out, and took them in way too soon. One set of chairs and umbrella came with the rental. We also rented a set for our entire stay. The beach chairs were not put out until 9:30-9:45 each day. Then, he took them in before 3pm. When my husband mentioned it to him, he got smart about it. He stated that he had three other places to put chairs out besides ours. He should have rotated the places, and put ours out first some days. These chairs are not cheap, so we definitely didn’t get enough use out of them. The condo complex near ours, had their chairs out around 7 each day.
