Beautiful Unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time here and really enjoyed all the space this unit offered our family! The kitchen had everything we needed and we took advantage of the free activities, love having that as an option! Thank you Southern Coast Vacation Rentals, we hope to come back again!

Great views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious and well laid out with amazing views. It is a convenient walking distance to Pier Park and easy beach access. Southern Coast was delightful in every dealing! Sterling Breeze front desk, not so much. They were slow to respond, unable to assist with simple tasks and some seemed annoyed to be asked for help. This was off season but they still seemed overwhelmed. To be clear, Southern Coast Rentals were stellar in their customer service. They were responsive and friendly with every inquiry.It took 45 minutes to get a parking pass printed. It is a terrible system and could easily be upgraded for guest convenience. To have to park, then go all the way to the front desk to print your own pass with a single printer that was broken, then go all the way back to put it in your car is silly. There is a desk right as you exit the parking garage. Why not have the passes available there? We are talking 2 elevator rides and a walkway across the street, with one of the two evaluators broken. After traveling all day and needing to unpack, it is an unnecessary inconvenience. The regular TV cable did not work. Be prepared to access YouTube TV or another service. The vent fan in the master bath needs to be repaired. Otherwise we were delighted with our stay.

Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation and enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would suggest is the outside chairs should be replaced. They were not very sturdy. Other than that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit! Our family of 6..kids range in age from11-17. The double bunk beds were perfect for some of our kids. Our oldest had his own room. The boys shared one bathroom and the girls the other and we had the master bath, which worked out great! It was clean..except for under furniture! The view was perfect from the balcony..could see both the sunrise and sunset easily! Our only complaint..elevators were so slow and only one was working! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Sterling Breeze

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very spacious and there was enough room for everyone in my party. The unit was clean and well kept. We arrived late in the evening and it was nice to have an initial supply of necessities like paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap etc. The location was perfect; convenient to Pier Park, Gulf World and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
