MAGNIFICENT CONTEMPORARY VILLA, PANORAMIC VIEW ON OCEAN.
For holidays with family or friends, we offer you the charming villa Papangue located in Saint Leu.

The villa can accommodate 6 people in 3 air-conditioned double rooms (bed of 160) including a master suite including a shower room with basilian shower on the 1/2 floor.
On the floor, are the two other rooms with 1 room of water and 1 independent toilet.
All rooms are with sea views, lagoon and optional wave sound.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso ...) open to the living room (TV, WIFI) and terrace.

Outside, for your enjoyment, a large varnished concrete terrace with dining area, gas barbecue, garden furniture. Not overlooked. You can relax by the salt-water swimming pool (8m * 4m) on the deckchairs while admiring the unobstructed view of Saint Leu.

The villa is in the city center but at the bottom of a very quiet dead end, 6 minutes walk (400m) from the beach and shops.

Presque parfait

Maison moderne, propre, bien agencée avec une belle vue sur mer. On apprécie particulièrementles les grandes ouvertures commandées par volets roulants Un accueil particulièrement chaleureux fait par Didier, toujours aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour le parkink couvert intérieut largement dimensionné. A noter cependant l'environnement sonore de voisinage qui pourrait se montrer dérangeant par moments..

Nous vous recommandons la villa, tout est parfait pour y passer un excellent semaine séjour

Merci à Didier et Sandrine pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. L emplacement de la villa est idéal pour visiter l île. Elle dispose de toutes les commodités pour se sentir à l aise, nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa Papangue, l'accueil de Didier était parfait et la maison est vraiment confortable et bien équipée. Rien à redire, si ce n'est un grand merci pour ces belles vacances !

La villa est idéalement située, idéalement agencée, en parfait état et vraiment magnifique ! On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. La gentillesse de l’hôte ne fait qu’accentuer le charme de cette villa !
