The basement bunk and family room is perfect hangout for the kids.

New furniture, paint and design makes this home the ultimate beach town escape! We know it will make for amazing memories regardless of the season and we've built and stocked the house just for that! The home is a block from scenic Lake Michigan, take the golf cart out and drive around the community. Due to high waters we do not have beach in our community. 4 miles away is New Buffalo Beach or 8 miles away to Michigan City Beach.

You'll have full access of this large home.

This private neighborhood is dreamy and secluded! However, should you choose to be more active; there are trails for exploring, a park close by, and plenty to do in the surrounding towns!

You'll have your own golf cart to zip to the park and around the neighborhood!

We will provide you a guide at the house that captures local recommendations for food and sights and any other pertinent information for your stay.
Guest must be at least 25 years old to rent the home.
1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guests in the home is limited to 19 Persons unless approved by the owner.
3. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to an additional per-person rental fee.
4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create beautiful memories, and take care of the home we love.
5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was. RESPECTFULLY WHEN MOVING ANY FURNITURE PLEASE LIFT THE FURNITURE SO THAT IT DOES NOT SCRATCH THE FLOORS.
7. We make every effort to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. To keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand we ask that you remove your shoes before entering.
8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet.
9. Everything in the home and garage is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things to enjoy and return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite
