Great property in a quiet community

What a great house. It's a three bedroom, two bath house in a quiet, gated community just off Shea and Via Linda. The house was nicely furnished, and the neighbors were friendly. The pool/Jacuzzi is just a five minute walk from the front door. Located just off the 101 freeway, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Old Town Scottsdale was just a fifteen minute drive. Talking Stick / Top Golf is just two exits away. We enjoyed it so much, we're already booked for next year.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is in a prestigious area of Scottsdale Ranch. Close to many tourist attractions. Nice, clean and quite neighborhood in a gated community. Nice restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, gas stations, banks and hospitals are all close. Guest can be anywhere in 20-30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

My home has a feature that most homes built in that time don't have and that is the guest bedroom has its own private entrance to the bathroom. A great feature for two couples or children. Nice patio off living room with BBQ grill. If you feel energetic, you can walk around the community or swim in the heated swimming pool or soak in jacuzzi.
