Vineland Bungalow - “Hot Tub”

Newly Remodeled!! Our little bungalow is located in the heart of the Vinelands.

We are 40 minutes away from Powderhorn ski resort…relax & enjoy the local brews after a long day of skiing!

We are located within 1 mile of downtown Palisade, and within 1 mile of 4 wineries...one of which is .2 miles away.

We are located within 1 mile of Orchard River View Wedding Venue, and 1.5 miles to the Palisade Rim and Stagecoach Trail.

Plenty of parking.

Fire pit in front yard...allowed during low fire warning season!

If you are looking for tranquility and seclusion, this is the house for you.

Private patio surrounded by beautiful plants, vines and trees. Beautiful views of the Grand Mesa, Mt. Garfield and surrounding peach orchards.

Patio includes BBQ grill, outdoor seating and Cafe Lights and a Hot Tub!

Outdoor games make for a fun night back at the bungalow after a day of wine tasting, biking or hiking!

Comfort in Palisade

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We were visiting for my daughter’s graduation from CMU and the house was very cozy and relaxing. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood and we were very comfortable enjoying the hot tub outside in the nice cool evenings.

Little gem in Palisade!

Wine weekend away and this place was just perfect! Charming house with every amenity you will need and very close to a handful of wineries. Awesome views too!

All the amenities of home plus a bit more

Property had plenty of paper products and items to cook with even though we didnt. Hot tun and firepit were a bonus for sure. Good set up for mt bikers which we were during our stay.
