Welcome to The Roost Cottage at The Peaceful Palisade Place, 5 acres of paradise nestled among the peach orchards and wine vineyards in beautiful Palisade, Colorado. Enjoy this amazing 1930's vintage farmhouse remodeled with all the touches! Comfy beds, cozy couches, flat screen smart TV & free fast Wifi. The private oversized lot is a quiet outdoor oasis with a nearby creek, patio seating and fire pit. The house is less than 5 minutes to wineries and a quick 15 minutes to downtown Palisade.

Enjoy your get-a-way at this 2 bedroom home on East Orchard Mesa, home to Palisade's famous peach orchards and wineries.

The living room is newly furnished with sofa, accent chair, entertainment center stocked with card / board games and a large flat-screen TV.

Cozy in the cooler months, the home has an electronic fireplace to help warm the living room on winter evenings. You can also enjoy the fuzzy throw blankets, comfy robes and warm up with a delicious and warm drink from the espresso maker.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and a cozy sitting area that includes a futon sofa sleeper. There is a full bath with a shower and extra storage space. The guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a sitting area. There is a bonus space with a pull out twin bed and desk / work area.

The Roost Cottage is in a rural area. Please be aware that this setting brings with it wildlife and other critters. We've seen wild turkeys (daily!), owls, bobcats, deer, foxes, mice and lots of birds of all kinds (including hummingbirds in the spring and summer) on the property. We also have bugs, including wasps, fruit flies (due to all the nearby orchards) and spiders.

Palisade Paradise Perfection

My husband and I stayed here with one of our best couple friends and had the most peaceful experience! We loved how quite the property was and sitting out on the deck was a favorite of ours. We were so close to all the wineries and made a day traveling to 4 of them and then had a wonderful night back at the house relaxing and enjoying the company. We are already talking about when we can come back! Thank you!
