Spacious Farmhouse w/ mountain views, waterfall, 9 miles south of Jasper
Beautiful, professionally decorated home! Your family will love this modern farmhouse-style 3 story home which is located at the top of a stunning mountain top meadow. With breathtaking views, 26 acres of meadows and woods as well as 2 ponds with catch and release fishing allowed, this is the perfect haven to recharge and reconnect. There are also bluffs and a beautiful waterfall on the property. It's the ideal spot to book your Ozark family vacation! This home is more beautiful in person then it is online. There is also an outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing and stargazing on a beautiful evening.

Note! This property also has a detached garage that is not included with rental. There is apartment space in the back portion of detached garage outfitted nicely with a king murphy bed and queen sofa bed as well as a full bathroom. Base price is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests (Ages 7+) will be charged $20 each per night. (Note: detached apartment living space is not available for stand-alone bookings, must have 10 or more guests or prior arrangements to be able to use apartment.)

Just awesome

We had a family of 9 including kids and grandparents. Ratterman Ranch could not have been a better base camp for our Ozark weekend! The home is clean and well appointed and the grounds are spectacular. We will return!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

I just can’t say enough amazing things about this property!! Absolutely breathtaking property and wonderful, extremely helpful hosts. Probably one of our best family get always ever. I literally could have stayed on the property the entire time, but we loved getting out to float the Buffalo River and hike. Completely stocked kitchen and linens, comfortable beds and they even provided toiletries/ plenty of towels. Fresh baked brownies when you arrive. We are already planning a trip next year! Thank you Trudy for being so helpful and attentive. Truly an amazing home!

This may have been our favorite vacation yet! The views from the property were incredible. The home and property were magnificent, pictures don’t do justice. Our daughters loved catching fish in the ponds! We will definitely be back!

Perfect mountain setting

We had an amazing time staying here for 3 nights. We floated the Buffalo River and plan on coming back to hike. Property has every detail thought of for you and is beyond stocked. Great owners! Thank you so much! Will be back!
