This opulent, meticulously renovated residence exudes grandeur, graced by opulent furnishings throughout and offering breathtaking vistas from its multitude of windows. A year-round propane grill awaits your culinary creations, and a cozy fire pit with six Adirondack chairs invites you to relax (firewood not provided). Bring your own camping chairs if needed. Don't miss the chance to explore the river with our kayaks for an unforgettable experience.

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. Fireworks are strictly forbidden as they may scare the local farmers' cows very badly.

7. We do have wifi available at the house. However, it is considerably slow. We have done all we can to provide high speed internet but there is nothing more we can do to increase the speed in this area.

8. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response.

9. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at our home.

Hidden Gem Right Here in Maryland
This property was incredible -- spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, lakefront and on 72 acres. All I can give it is A+ across the board. The photos online do not do justice to the house or grounds, we were all pleasantly surprised when we got there (please bring in a professional to retake your online marketing photos). The only iffy thing was wifi service which wasn't strong (2g), however, that may be a plus depending on who you ask. Gave us an opportunity to unplug and be present, however, someone that needs to work while staying at the property would need a better connection. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and except for contacting the host regarding wifi, we did not reach out to the host one time. Everything we needed we found and more. Would definitely return in the future.

We are a hands-on short term rental management company that specializes in handling vacation listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what we do.

Heather, AJ, Barb, and Elizabeth are all working full-time to help BNB Breeze maintain all of the beautiful properties that we manage.
